  • “To Rule in Hell”
I love Lacklan’s style and character, he refuses to be owned by anyone. He is dedicated to the fight by his own terms and he remains relentless and focused on his objective to destroy Omega.

  • Another clash of eills
A pretty good read. Plenty of action as Lacklan finds himself being a lackey for a congresswoman that leads to a meeting with Marni. Seems as a pushed narrative at that point. Given Lacklans professional code even listening to Gibbons is a departure from that code.

  • “ Politicians Play Games and People Die”
What if the very essence of who you are is taken away from you? Former Special Forces Lachlan Walker wants to Have. A. Life. But he keeps getting pulled into the web of a group trying to stop Omega. Omega is a group of politicians, scientists, military, and even actors, who believe there are too many people in the world.....maybe 1 billion is okay, but 8 billion? No, no, no, no! So population control of a mega amount is needed, by any means available. Then, why not control people’s emotions and thoughts, so Omega can easily rule? An evil, diabolical plan! Lachlan is asked to escort a Senator to speak with the group trying to stop Omega. The Senator wants to control the trip, but when Omega tries to kill her, Lachlan must do everything he can to keep her alive. She is the hope of the future. I wish I had read this series from the beginning, but it didn’t stop me from understanding and thoroughly enjoying Book 6! Wonderfully described characters, lots of action, and a complex, brilliant premise for the storyline. Frightening and entertaining! ... show more

  • Best of the best!
Happened onto this series as a possible interest from Amazon due to the other books I have read. Didn't recognize at the time I had just decided that I had a new favorite author and series. Lacklan Walker storms into your mind/psyche just the way he does most of his adversaries area of influence. His can do, won't take no for an answer, thought processes would do us all well to assimilate. I wish I had his Kiwi mentor in my mind the way he's in Lacklan's. The ending of this with thankfully "boy gets girl" but left the ending with though he got the girl, what it doesn't say is here we go again for his next adversary. It's gotten to where I need to lay his books down to get rest as I'm so tensed up for the next page that I'm worn out from reading, a first for me since I love to read. Mr Banner, please keep pounding out the stories, because right now I'm gaining on you. If I ever get caught up I may go into withdrawal! ... show more

  • To rule in hell
It is good to see Lack land want to marry and settle down. Will this happen? Sounds like the boy is going on a killing spree. Good if the circumstances are as described. His family does not stand to be safe as of yet. Good story in all real concerns over climate change. Have not seen any great progress. ... show more

  • Best One Yet
I love Blake Banner’s work. His COBRA series is one of my all-time favorite series in the thriller genre, and the OMEGA series is steadily becoming another favorite. This installment in the OMEGA series was, imo, one of the very best stories that he’s written. Not only was this book hugely impactful in the OMEGA saga, essentially wrapping up the first half of Lacklan Walker’s fight against the elite hidden society hellbent on creating a new Eden for themselves, it was one of the most insightful and deeply thoughtful books that I’ve had the pleasure of reading. Banner drops some deep, thought provoking ideas and views in this story. If ever there was an author who can keep you coming back for more, it’s Blake Banner. ... show more

  • So many choices to make!
I love this story on how it picked up on the last one without missing a beat. I was totally into it from the first page. It was a skip in plot and I think the author made it perfect the way it ended. Take the time to read the entire series. It will get you hooked.

  • Hmmmm
Left more questions than answers. I was just settling in and the book was over. I don't get it. Don't do that again
