I was very skeptical about the quality of this couch. We’ve been using it for about a week at this point and it’s perfect for the space. The back is definitely low, but I find it to be very comfortable and perfect for lounging. It was easy to set up but it’s important to note that the sections do not connect to each other. That being said, we haven’t noticed any shifting of the modular pieces. I’m not sure if this is the intended purpose, but the bottom portion that is zippered off works very well for storage. Came in box had to put together. Low back pillows not as fluffy as in pictures. Way smaller than it looks. Not as soft as I thought it would be. After price which was reasonable $200 dollar shipping and a couple hundred finance through affirm ends up being $1000 would rather have went to a warehouse spend $200 more and got a quality couch. The media could not be loaded. My husband and I bought 2 U shape Sectionals At 1 time. We are adopting 5 children and really thought. This would be the way to go for family. Time, movie night, and we were right. They're very sturdy, comfortable. Not just for my husband and I but the kids love them. The only drawback was the 6 boxes that arrived separately. But not too far apart, they are so heavy. I had to wait until my husband got home to get them in the house. I'm glad it did not rain the other drawback was. They sent the wrong hardware. Let me correct myself they sent. Only half of the right hardware and the rest was wrong. My husband had to go to Lowe's and purchase the rest of the hardware. That was the only drawback. It only took about an hour to assemble each one. I hope this review helps anyone looking to buy. I definitely would recommend. ... show more

No one talks about how small this sofa is . It honestly is great for a couple who have a small apartment my husband said it was way to small his 6ft I’m 5ft an my feet hang off the longer sides , but I have a family of 5 an the sofa is very small i figured it would be a bit larger but nope . I tried to return it, but they were going to charge me to do so . I love this couch, and it’s fine for me because I honestly don’t spend much time in my living room. However, if you’re a big TV-watcher or plan on hosting many people this is not the couch for you. It is genuinely pretty uncomfortable for more than one person to settle on this couch (likely due to the low back and arm rests). I bought this for my daughter’s room and we both are pleased. The couch came in three different boxes which was manageable for moving it up stairs. The assembly was very easy and the couch is surprisingly very comfy!
