It works! To be clear, installation was difficult, but that's not the fault of this keyboard. By design, you have to take out *every single component*--and I mean *everything*! It would have been nice if the keyboard came with some instructions or tips to make it easier. It doesn't come with anything other than the bare keyboard itself. Thankfully I found a video of a guy going through the whole process, and that helped me a lot. Tip: when removing the keyboard, be careful not to break the stem of the plastic bits that hold it in. When reassembling, you will melt these tips using a soldering iron in order to hold the new keyboard on. Now that all is said and done, the new keyboard works perfectly.
