Very pleased with these titanium cutting boards! Goal is to rid/lower the microplastics and looking for a sanitary cutting board esp for raw meat. Read many reviews about various brands being too thin, moving up and down while cutting, and having very sharp edges . Not these! Great weight and thickness. Zero up and down movement. I have a silicone baking mat I put underneath but also have used directly on the granite countertop and did not move around. No sharp edges on the sides or inside the handle. Was able to get rid of all my plastic boards except a 15X20- I haven’t found one that large yet. Yes they scratch. I’m moving a Henckels knife across it over and over! But not deeply. Haven’t noticed dulling of knives so far. Wash well by hand and DW. Great price for the set of 3.

I use them every day but am not convinced they are really titanium, perhaps a titanium coating? They scratched up significantly and quickly. Plus side is the hot water rinse off between cutting different foods and putting them in the dishwasher. I mostly use the smallest one, occasionally the medium, but have not used the large one yet. I may try it for kneading bread dough. These are quite heavy so would require a very sturdy hook for hanging.

I received these today and used them. They are a little heavy but that doesn’t bother me. They are definitely titanium as they are not magnetic. They do wash easily but they also scratch, and I just got them today. Not sure what they will look like in a year but better then eating microplastic!!

These boards are a good size for different needs, and for the $, but very heavy and my knife left long slicing marks the first time I used it, so I wouldn’t buy them thinking they wouldn’t show cut marks. Fine for avoiding microplastics, but wonder if there is now micro-titanium in my food. I think using wooden ones and just washing diligently is a better way to go.

These titanium cutting boards pull up built like a tank — super sturdy, super durable, absolutely not here to play. They’ve got some real heft, so every time you pick one up it feels like you’re about to perform a culinary side quest. Great for stability, great for longevity, great for feeling like a kitchen warrior. But here’s the trade‑off: your knives are gonna suffer. Titanium is tough, and it will have you sharpening your blades way more often than usual. It’s like the boards are saying “I’ll last forever, but your knives? Good luck.” Still, if you want cutting boards that won’t warp, crack, or flinch at heavy use, these are solid. Just be ready to maintain your knife game.
