Quality
So far so good. I replaced a failing 6 yr old iheat drakken s16. They are nearly identical I. Size so it was a good swap. Also this one is better at the heating. It is more consistent. The s16 from what I read uses old technology. This thing rocks man. I love it. Works great for 1 or 2 shower here in utah. Slc area. Although 1 day it just stopped working when I was showering. And I was like, what the. And I went to check it after and nothing tripped. I turned the shower back and and it started coming out hot again. My only guess was that the device has some sort of safety feature if it gets too hot and shuts down. It was like 110 outside and we are in a trailer home so it sits in the exterior sorta. So to be safe I lower it on super hot days. So it don't over heat or something. Not sure. It hasn't happened again. It's great for a whole home water heater just don't run more than 2 faucets or showers or whatever. Best thing is if you have 100 amp breaker you won't need to upgrade. Im just carefull and everyone knows don't turn on the hot water and trying to microwave and vacuum at the same time. I have not had anything trip so its at a good spot.

Plenty of hot water!
This tankless water heater is great! We live in a warm climate and this provides plenty of hot water for 2 bathrooms, kitchen and washing machine. I would say it was an easy installation, but I’m basing that on the lack of cursing by my husband while he hooked it up. All I did was hold the flashlight and hand tools to him! Also, this is the third one he has installed, so his experience probably helped as well. The compact design left plenty of room for a water filtration and RO unit set up in the same utility area. I’m sure if we need a replacement at any time, it will be with another of this brand.

Do not waste your money
I bought this thinking that it would be better than a regular boiler but it is not. Do not spend your money on this. It was leaking everywhere and we tried several ways to install it but regardless it did not work. Do not spend your money on this. In addition when I sent it back they did not reimburse me my entire money. They sent me half and the other half they said it was a restocking fee. This does not work This is a horrible product!

Love the idea of tankless water heater
Works great close location to bathroom and kitchen. Takes long time to get hot if is across the other end of house. Lots or water used

Great Tankless heater
Best bang for your buck tankless heater. Highly recommend it if your just looking for a nice unit with not tons of maintenance. My last one lasted almost 10 years with 0 maintenance needed.

Better than the other brands in its class
I originally ordered an s16 which lasted only 2 years. It barely got hot and when it finally broke down I then bought the Titan. Since I already had a 16kW tankless setup replacing the old tankless with this new one was simple and easy. This unit gets way hotter than the other 16 kW models on the market. It handles my 3 bedroom two bath south florida house easily. They're interface is simple and straightforward. Definitely recommend this brand.
