I ordered this because I want to work my legs better but I have had several abdominal/back surgery's and can't overwork my core. It was literally the cheapest squatting machine I could find that didn't require too much lower back movement. It works great but took some time for me to assemble by myself. It is definitely worth the price if you want to be easy on your back. So far I haven't been disappointed. If you don't already own Olympic style weights (2 inch hole vs 1 inch hole) you will have to purchase additional weights. ... show more

Did not come with build instructions- went to wen site to download. So far pretty solid. QC needs to be done. Retaining bar spring holes do not line up. It works pretty well.

Been using this for about a little over 2 months now and I love it. Definitely worth the price and set up was relatively easy. If you are looking for an at home squat machine that doesn't take up alot of space you can't go wrong.

First off I would like to start by saying I agree with everyone else when I say this thing was a pain to put together. However, once I did get it done, it was pretty smooth. Almost too smooth. Like many of Titan’s products, you have to really load this thing to feel it. I would suggest buying 100 lb plates if you’re an intermediate to advanced lifter. I loaded four plates on each side and was easily able to do 15 reps without much of a struggle and I’m not very strong in the legs. The machine does run smooth but is not by any means commercial grade. I probably would purchase again but at a lower price. Not really worth the $800 I spent IMO ... show more

Instructions absolutely suck its a workout to put together takes a very long time like all day and pieces arent as durable as the look handle bent on me just trying to fit in its hole
