Purchased in February of 2023. After a bad car accident my back suffered and it hurt to walk and sit. Herniated, bulging discs. It all sucked. I went deep into west side barbell and learned why he developed this machine. Louie is a genius. As I’m into powerlifting ect. This paired with a sled helped me gain my strength and then some. After a few months using this device I was able to function normally again. And over the summer I was hitting PR’s on squat and deadlift. Few months ago I hit 495 on the deadlift. Something I never did before. This device if you’re looking to just get stronger or have a sitting job like I do. It helps lengthened all the muscles that got tight and short from sitting all day long. I would say pairing a superset. Reverser hyper 4x25 reps of a hard weight controlled. Typically 1/2 your squat 1RM with 4x20 hanging leg raises. Your #’s should increase. You’re also prehabbing your body from injury or weakness when you squat and deadlift by strengthening the gluts hamstrings low back and abs. Go into the gym doing that and leaving the gym doing that. You’ll be safe and secure. Louie Simmons has a bunch of videos of how/why he created this Device from suffering from a broken back and doctors wanting to fuse his spine in the late 70’s. He created this to help him get back into the gym and get stronger than he ever was. And he did. This device segments your spine and adds traction/decompresses the spine while loading it to strengthen the muscles. One of the only devices you can add blood flow into your discs with to help heal damaged areas. You can also do this body weight just to start adding some spine mobilization to your discs. For the record I’m not a doctor or medical professional. This is not medical advice. This isn’t something I recommend someone who isn’t educated or uses the machine properly. Product was easy to assemble, maybe 20 minutes. Arrived early and in good condition. The Titan Products I have bought so far have been the same. This particular product has been a great help for my lower back. I have a L5 double disc bulge to left and right. The pain relief is amazing. It is now a big part of my personal gym. I use it 2 to 3 times a week. Worth trying out, I'm glad I did. Titan squat machine is next! ... show more

This reverse hyper has really helped me. I was having pain shooting down my legs, and was taking pain pills. This only masked the pain, and I did not improve. My son researched the discomfort I was experiencing and concluded I needed to decompress my spine which was causing a slight bulge of a disc, pushing against a sciatic nerve. This equipment has vastly improved what I thought I’d never recover from. As for the slight issue, a piece was missing but the seller quickly responded and sent a replacement. Machine arrived safely and was well packed. Got to my house fast. Assembly was a snap, as long as you can read a diagram. Performance has been flawless since put into operation. Zero issues. I always use this at the end of my squat and deadlift days. Does wonders on easing the stress on the low back. Really hammers the hamstrings, glutes, and low back. I'd give it 5 starts but a grease fitting on the leg attachment was damaged and they've yet to replace it. I contacted them once I found the problem. It still works as is but would prefer it be 100%. I'm 99% certain that this device saved my back. I herniated a disc doing deadlifts 8 months ago and my back hurt for months. Inversion tables and physical therapy helped a bit but didn't solve the problem. After a couple of weeks of using this device regularly though I'm back to 100%! I can even sit in chairs for prolonged periods of time again, which I haven't been able to do in at least 3 years. The device itself is well made and very sturdy, and it's easy to put together if you have a ratchet set. It really lights up the hams and glutes too! It will be a fixture in my splits moving forward. This pretty much cured a herniated disc I've had since age 19. I'm 60 now. I won't to bore you with the details, but this thing is built super solid, and is well worth the money.
