    • Expensive watch that can keep time.
I bought this watch for my wife on our anniversary. She wore it for about a month and noticed it wasn't keeping time correctly. I spent a week researching how to get it covered under the warranty. Finally sent it to them and after over two months, she finally got her watch back. Now after wearing it for a week it still won't keep time. I am going to try to contact them again and see what they will do. I will update this post when I know. Latest update: 10/25/2023 I finally got through to the customer service. The only thing they said they could do is send me an email with a shipping label again and they would take a look at it. I guess that means that my wife will have to wait another 2 months for her watch again. Just to update: I just received an email from Tissot. They say that they received the watch and have evaluated it and have ordered parts. They expect it to be complete on December 15th, that is 39 days from now. that means since I bought this watch in May, they have will have had the watch 4 of the 8 months that I have owned the watch. ... show more
