So far so good. Soft and easy to set up. Comfortable. Not for tall people. Maybe needs a little bit of more cushion but I fixed this adding a topper. Perfect.

They could do better on the instructions. But it wasn't too bad. The fabric is way soft but it's a hard couch. We might be buying a mattress topper to make it easy to sleep on. All in all though, for the price and what we are using it for (guest bedroom/kids play room) it's a decent couch.
