I purchased this product mainly to record my heart rate during exercise. My resting heart rate is 48-50, yet the device consistently reported the rate as around 98 bpm. I changed positions of the device on my wrist, changed wrists, did resets, etc., etc., yet the device could never accurately display my true heart rate. I don't typically write poor reviews, but in this case I felt compelled to do so, as the device failed the main function for which it was purchased.

This device had all the features I wanted at a reasonable price. I've been using it since November 2024 (it's now Feb 2025) and just the other day the heart rate feature stopped working. It reads 86 no matter if I walk or run. Today I stopped it and started again and it read 96 no matter how hard I was breathing. Definitely not working properly. BTW their website is a joke.

I like the style of this watch, but it is NOT accurate. The heart rate, especially my resting heart rate is way off as well as the tracking of sleep which is very important to me. Even with progressive glasses the print for texts is too small to read and note that if your phone is not very close to the watch it won't show notifications. I was really hoping to LOVE this product.

I had used a MIBAND 4 for many years..mostly for the step counter feature and it was pretty reliable. Shen the face of the watch started to get small cracks from age I looked online for the most recent MIBAND and it was version 9, so I purchased that and app was nice but I found the step counter was under rating the number of steps by around 30-35%. I tried to change my height lower or higher and was hoping that would change the algorithm to make the steps more accurate, but it didnt work out too well. After a few weeks I got very frustrated and was looking for another low cost watch and thats where Is saw the TIMO..reviews were not that good but price was ridiculously low so I bought it. Set up the app and while not as many bells and whistles as MiBAND, I really wasn't using app and just relying on watch for its step counter. Fortunately I noticed the steps were so much more accurate than MiBand 9, and close to Miband 4 that I loved. Using the app I changed the watchface, and am very happy with the accuracy of stepcounter and I even like the ease of securing the band. I hope it continues to perform ok, but the battery does last a solid 2 weeks before recharging. Very happy so far. Baroni
