It has extra large stretchy straps for under the mattress which was great because my mattress is 12”. After laying on it I could tell it would be very comfortable to sleep on and it was!! We bought this for our daughters off-campus apartment, which came furnished with a bed and a pretty skimpy mattress. This topper has helped our freshman g et good rest and make her bed comfortable. Can’t imagine her bed without it.

I love this product. It is not made of foam or similar materials. It is as a duvet for your mattress top. Comes in very well compressed package. It does come with useful opening and first time use instructions. Now I need one in king size.
