Ordered for my 95 year old mother along with myself who has always used Timex. She likes the light for night time use but the date was very small and Difficult to read. This watch is fine for a younger person with good vision. Older individuals might require a watch with larger numbers.     • Timex is Always A Good Choice....But

This is my second, identical Timex watch. The first one I had for less than a few years, and the battery died. Attempts to replace the battery were absolutely futile, because once the back is taken off, and the new battery affixed properly, that "back" it absolutely cannot be put back. The Warranty says that their battery is guaranteed for ten years, so this time, I'm keeping all the paperwork just in case. I'm very pleased with this new one and hope it lasts the full ten years, and allows me to change to a new battery if that happens. Thank You! ... show more

My favorite watch, wore for work and daily for many, many years. Retired now, but still prefer this style and brand. For the cost, this style fit my needs and lasted a long time under heavy use. I do need to purchase with extended length band due to my bone size at wrist.

A Timex watch is a reasonable price to purchase and is very dependable. I have found that when my Timex watch battery needs to be replaced, it is as easy and financially reasonable to purchase a new watch. My watches have usually lasted at least 3 or 4 years.
