I've owned a small collection of watches, from Casios, to Movados, citizen, etc. I purchased this watch about a month ago and I have no complaints of any substance. it fits well on my wrist, it has kept time to a second over the past month (was sync'd to a world clock and my other Timex), and after learning how to set the date properly, it has kept that effectively as well (must account for months with different #'s of days). It has helped me in keeping time in my day to day. It's simple construction and low cost has made me ill-concerned of damaging it, and it goes with me everywhere. The only thing of concern I have found with this watch is the sound, It is a rather loud ticking watch. though it can be annoying for some, I do enjoy the mechanical sound of this watch, it has also helped me locate it in a room after being lost, so that's another plus. Overall, great purchase, worth the money, and definitely a Watch I'd buy again in a heartbeat. ... show more

The blue dial is really nice looking and indiglo is awesome. I joked around at work about getting an easy reader since I turned 50. I really like the watch, but I do wish it would last a bit longer. Without fail, I need a new one every 2 to 2.5 years. The band wears out and the date stops working (replacing band and battery cost the same or more more than a new one!)

This is a perfect watch. These days the love of a good watch has been lost to the easy prevalence of cell phone time. Granted, a time piece on the arm is not necessarily needed, but for the group of people who desire this it is oh so mandatory. And this rugged, good looking Timex makes me feel dressed. It looks damn good, keeps perfect time and is near impossible to break. As a woman the size of this man’s watch is perfect, not dainty but rugged. Easy to read and the blue face lights up with the push of a button. Though inexpensive, this watch dresses up every single outfit I wear.
