After trying 3 pairs of cheaper “unisex” work boots, and all of them being way bigger than the size they claimed to be and being of dubious quality, I’m very happy to report these Timberland boots are true to size (especially for a 6-6.5 women’s) and very well made! Based on other reviewers, I did order a wide width even though I typically don’t need a wide, and I’m glad I did. I can lace these up tight and still have plenty of room in the toe box. They’re cute for work boots and not too heavy. (The toe IS steel, so that’s where it’s heaviest.) The interior molds well to my foot and I hope this means they’ll be comfortable for wearing all day. The 6.5 is a tiny bit big for me, but they didn’t have a 6 wide in black; I think it’ll be fine and it allows a little room for thick socks. I’ve got upcoming onsite tours at my work facilities in AZ and Canada where I need steel toed safety boots, so I hope these work for both extreme environments. I’ll try to remember to come back and give an update once I’ve worn them for awhile! ... show more

Love the composite toe woman’s timberland boots. This is my 3rd pair! They are comfortable and not too bulky. With care they last awhile. I bought these open box for $40 less and they were pretty much new. I’m very happy with this purchase!

I purchased these before and they were stolen My complaint is that you changed the shoe box - you made it smaller more pointed. I could actually wiggle my toes in those. I could live in those boots. The most comfortable shoes I had at the time.

I've worn timberland for years during work I've had a composite toe, and now I just wear a soft toe which is more comfortable. They fit great they're lightweight and consistent. The boot is a nice looking boot, however the toe box small and smashes my toes. The insoles are also not too good at support. They are warm but my my feet sweat, I wish they would make a good boot for us women in the trades..

They don't mess up my ankles like other boots and they are very protective, I dropped 100 lbs on them to test them and they didn't even flinch, absolutely durable. They are absolutely perfect for my workplace, there aren't many protective composite toe boots that come in women's especially as small as my size, thank you timberland!
