The Point: My first pair of Morphix BOA. Hands down the most comfortable pair of boots I've ever owned. They are so lightweight and warm that I wore them casually every day all winter long instead of sneakers. Been buying Timberland exclusively for over 20 years, and at least that many pairs. They're so good, I just ordered a second pair 5 months later so I have a backup pair on standby. Safety: Composite toe, oil resistant sole, waterproof. Meets the requirements of my job for work/safety boots. BOA laces: Means no tying, no unexpected untying, as well as super easy on and off. I don't experience any issues with the mechanism on the outside of the shoes. Comfort: Lightweight. Composite safety toe doesn't conduct the cold like a steel toe. Waterproof too so feet stay dry in rain and snow, which also makes them easy to keep clean. Good insulation kept feet warm all winter, but never sweaty feet so somehow they also had a fair amount of breathability. No issues driving as sometimes some boots can be a bit clunky, non-issue with these. Good arch support. Comfortable insoles, and easy enough to change or add insoles if you wanted to. Durability: Do a fair amount of walking and spend some time on uneven pavement, dirt, and gravel, so far they are holding up very well after 5 months. No noticeable wear on the soles. Outer toe cover resistant to scuffs. Cannot comment on aggressive abrasion resistance from dragging or crawling as that's not an issue for me. Style: They're work boots. But they do look cool. Sizing: I wear an 11W sneaker and shoe, and every pair of Timberland I've bought over my career is a 10.5W which fits comparable. Verdict: Wore the Timberland Titan and the Timberland Titan EV for years. Currently rotate in a pair of Timberland Boondock Industrial boots which are my go-to for the days when I'll experience really tough conditions. Discovered the Morphix BOA in January 2026, tried them, and immediately became my favorite. ... show more

These work boots are by far the very best pair I have ever had and trust me. I’ve been through a lot of work books on this particular job. I’m looking at 10+ years. I’m on my feet a lot and these work boots are very comfortable.     • Disappointed — quality and comfort have slipped.
Size: 12 Color: Blackout Leather
These boots were uncomfortable from day one. They're stiff and hurt my feet every single day. I bought a thicker honeycomb insole for an extra $50 to fix it, and my feet still ache after standing all day. The BOA lacing system is the biggest problem. The dial sits where it catches on everything, so it constantly loosens and you're always stopping to re-tighten it - super annoying. Most other brands place the dial in the middle of the tongue where it stays out of the way. On my first pair, the right-side cog completely fell off after about a week - the plastic just broke. The replacement pair's lacing failed within a month too. Timberland PRO seems to have lost their way on quality and comfort. I'm switching to Keen. ... show more
