Hello all! If you know me from other products you know I have something good to tell you😁Normally I review tools, but equpiment is just as important! These boots are of very high quality, with the interior being very comfortably. They do not have steel toe protection, instead they come with composite impact protection.Tho not as strong they do offer benefits such as not heating up ur toes, being lighter,non-conductive,and non-magnetic,etc.The bottom offers excellent grip on almost all forms of terrain and have lasted me months as of now.Highly recommend👍🏻if these aren't your style don't worry Timberland has variety😎 ... show more

  • Super durable, reliable and comfortable
Size: 10 Color: Brown Earth Bandit
Working on a drill rig, 12-14 hour shifts are to be expected and I can pull it off without any aches or pain with this anti fatigue midsole. These boots hold up way better than anybody’s I work with (carhartts, Ariat, red wing, etc..) between the drill mud, cement and using the comp toe as a hammer, most work boots don’t make it past 6 months in this industry. Well I’ve purchased these boots twice, first time 2 years ago and another last year around this time. I bought the second pair because my first pair started taking on water and I can’t do wet feet at all. But after I broke in the new pair, somebody mentioned mink oil to maintain the waterproofing. Well, I never threw away my first pair so I applied mink oil to both boots and now I keep them both in a weekly rotation. I should be scheduled to buy these boots again but I simply don’t need to yet. That’s why I’m leaving this review now. Only slight complaint is the inside liner on the older pair doesn’t like to let go of my heel anymore, makes them a challenge to get off without a shoehorn. ... show more

I bought these for my Son. No break in time, the pull up straps don't bother his lag. Well made true to size. He works outside, We think we'll get 3-4 years of use.

Waterproof, durable, works for a very wet environment. They are very warm, which can be good, but makes them a little unpleasant to wear in Louisiana in the summer

  • Good looking, decent boots for the price
A little bit of background: I bought these boots about a year ago, from Amazon. I have used these boots for 1 winter and 1 summer season on the oil fields of Alpine, Alaska; which is about 8 months of usage. Everyday for the hitch that I'm working. 12 hours a day minimum. Durability, comfort, warmth, and waterproofing, is what I'm looking for. The environment the boots are worn in, can be challenging. Comfort: the soles are fairly comfortable, the boots are heavy, but my feet usually don't feel tired or sore. The boots are fairly heavy, you'd have to take that into account. They are decent with warmth, decent that is... Paired with warm socks. They have space for warm socks. Durability: this is where I've been having issues, and these boots. Well, let's just say there are several name brand boots that don't hold up well to the extreme cold. By extreme, I mean ambient of -40°F+. The cracking where my foot bends, which strangely enough ...I find that my feet and toes bend as I walk and it always seems to be the failing point, allows the cold and water to enter the boot at that failed location. I thought these boots were full leather. They are not, that I can tell, I ordered them thinking they were full leather. They are that felt type material, that just isn't that durable. I had Timberland's Wellington slip on boots, that I used for 2 years that were full leather that held up, that I cant find anymore, so I went for these. The covering where the safety toe is located, is thin so expect that to wear out. The tread, gets extremely hard, seemingly like hard plastic at cold temperatures and offer no traction on ice. Use spikies for grip and safety on ice. The look and styling, is great. One of the reasons I bought them was for the looks. However, if you're looking for more durable boots in challenging environments, that are going to be used for heavy work. I'd look at something else. If you're looking for a boot that looks awesome, that looks like it's used for work... These are it. Maybe they are better suited for less extreme weather temperatures. That's my current review, those pics are current. Wearing them now. I have new boots on order. From Amazon. From another company. Which I'll review at a later date. Excited for the new boots, due to another teammate that showed me his after 2 years of sustained usage. ... show more
