Inspired by our original yellow boots, these Timberland PRO Direct Attach boots are waterproof and have 200 grams of insulation to help keep you dry and warm in cold-weather environments. From their premium Timberland seam-sealed, waterproof leather uppers with comfortable padded collars to their heat-, oil-, slip-, and abrasion-resistant rubber lug outsoles for enhanced traction, these steel-toe boots are ready to get to work. We also added electrical hazard protection and Anti-Fatigue Technology polyurethane footbeds for all- day shock absorption and energy return, plus breathable, moisture-wicking linings made of ReBOTL fabric containing at least 50% recycled plastic. Modeled from Timberland's classic style work boot, the Direct Attach has it all and then some. With all of its comfort and hardworking technology, you would think this rugged leather boot had a mind of its own.

Needed to replace an old pair of Rocky boots that lasted me a few years. Has all the bells and whistles I needed and then some. Very durable, comfortable, and lightweight. Steel toe was just an added bonus. I walk a lot and I haven’t had any blisters or aching feet using these boots. Break in time was fairly short, just a few days. Good in the rain and snow both being waterproof and slip-resistant. Very breathable too, compared to my old work boots, my feet don't sweat or stink as much. *EDIT Edited again Had the boots for a year now. They look super rough beat to shot but they still holding up. Would buy some insoles. So far the boots nice, the tongue is kind of hurting me on my right boot not sure if that's stiffness or me but still workable. The leather tears easily. I work with wood pallets 1 scrape and the material is already peeling which is kind of a bummer. The toe box kinda feels snug but I can feel the toe room, very clean boot. Good quality boots. Price can get kind of high. Definitely worth $100. Beyond that is pushing it. I have had mine for approximately 4 months and they are comfortable and durable thus far. I expect this boot to last at least 5 years for the price. Compared to cheaper boots, these provide comfort and functionality in work and leisure. I notice cheaper boots will cause some lumbar pain, but these do not. ... show more

Feels sturdy, although if it gets wet the tread tends to start slipping. Also, it seems like my pair ran a little narrow, so if if you’re on your feet for extended periods of time you might want to get a half size up or wide versions

I love the style of these boots as well as the features (a bit taller, color, waterproof, insulated, steel toe, etc) but the fit is TERRIBLE!!! My son bought a pair of 12R that I had tried on, I have a bit of a wide foot so I bought a 12W and they are still VERY tight in the toe box area. It's really aggravating. I don’t want to go back and forth with shipping as I had bought these on line but had I tried them on in a store first I probably wouldn’t have bought them. I thought of going with a half size bigger maybe to get a larger width but the next size up is a 13, they don’t come in half sizes. I’m really bummed too because I like the boots in general but the toe box in the steel toe is too tight for sure. I’ve not had any problems like this with any other shoes whatsoever. I’m going to take them somewhere to get them stretched, ‘yes’ you can stretch steel toe boots. Had I been at a store to purchase them I would have tried the 13’s to see if those fit better. Other than the tight width these boots are pretty good. FOLLOW UP: Still like the features and look of this boot but the FIT IS TERRIBLE !!!!! THE WORST FITTING BOOT I'VE EVER OWNED. And I've never had problems with any shoes fitting before, this is ridiculous. I opted not to return them and try to break them in but I HATE these effin' boots ... show more
