Very confortable out of the box. They run big in my opinion. I wear size 12 Nikes and had to size down for these and return the 12s. I ended up with 11.5's and they fit perfect. Lightweight and cushioned. Too early to tell for durability but look nice on feet.

Lightweight, forgiving sole, comfortable, yet sturdy. Felt really good, one shift of very physical warehouse work. My foot is not particularly wide but I ordered a wide in this shoe for my jacked up toes to have ample room. Fits great. Materials and construction seem durable. Comes with brown and blue laces. Such a great shoe. Forgot how comfortable Timberland's have been in the past. I do a lot of walking on concrete floors. While walking is when the shoe is the most comfortable. Standing or sitting (resting your feet), you can start to feel a little discomfort coming from the insole. Big name manufacturers just put a simple insole for mass production. If you replace these with anything else, it will improve the comfort even more. I would purchase these again when I wear these out. ... show more

I got half a size down. I'm usually 9.5 for everything, got 9.5 for this and had to return and get 9. Fits great, feels great, looks great, compliant with my work. Had it for a couple weeks now and it's done well. If anything bad happens in the next year with it I'll try to update this review but so far it's a great shoe and I think should hold up for a while. ... show more
