Great boot except
This is a really nice, well built, good-looking boot that fits GREAT. About myself. I'm 6'3" and weigh 350 lbs. I have wide feet. Won't even consider a boot or sneaker that's not a wide size and even then, they don't always fit. I wore these in my house for 4-5 hours. Heels stay in place with no rubbing and the anti-fatigue insoles make walking very comfortable. This boot is wide and provides a lot of support yet stays in place on your foot. In other words, it doesn't feel like your feet are swimming in them. Toe box is great. I was surprised how easy it was for me to move my toes around especially being a composite toe. Not being able to move my toes around is almost always an issue for me and that's with boots that are soft toe, these are a composite toe. Also, this boot is very easy to get on and off. You don't have to wrestle with them for ten minutes just getting them on and laced up or getting them off. The only issue with this boot is the eyelet/speed hook combination at the top of the boot. They stick out pretty far on the inside of the boot and dig into my skin. Bad....bad design! I wish Timberland either went with an eyelet or a speed hook not this AIO nonsense. Awful design! Truly heinous! Feels like there's a Pitbull biting on the side of my leg. Terrible! Even though I had to return, the fit/feel, support and look of this boot is so great, I still give it 5 stars. I'll return for the 8" boot. The eyelets/speed hooks are higher up on the 8" boot and you don't have to lace them all the way up just to keep them on your feet. FYI people. This is a work boot. It's big, bulky and heavy. They're supposed to be that way. If you don't want that then don't buy this boot. I've read a lot of reviews here where people complained about that. If you don't want big and bulky than try a cheap hiking style boot like something from Merrell. Will let you know how the 8" boot feels.

Will definitely buy another pair maybe in the brown next.
The most comfortable boot I have worn. The W size fits wide feet correctly, and the protection composite toe does not limit toe room like other boots. The composite toe is the same size as the wide area of the foot, so there isn't an issue where your foot fits perfectly but your toe digs into the protective cap. The boots have a soft "give" with every step, unlike the pitboss boots which have a solid stiff sole. The softness of each step is comparable to the Powertrain Sport Alloy timberland boot, if you ever had a chance to try that one on. This soft feeling of the shoe might not be for everyone however, but I find it provides the most comfortable fit. The boot is large in size, much bigger than the pitboss, but comparable in weight. The toe and heel of the boot do not get easily damaged like the leather on other boots which is a plus. There is no break-in period for these boots, they are comfortable day 1, unlike most fashion timberland boots which have a 3+ month break in, and the pitboss which has around 3-5 week break in period respectfully. The size of the boot is quite large again, so only long socks may be worn. There will be friction if you wear ankle or "boot" socks with the boondocks. As far as the fit, I am an 11 W, and 11W fit me. In the pitboss boots, because of the awkward steel toe I had to get an 11.5 W. In regular timberland boots I am an 11D. If you are one of those guys who have never tried wide should before you should go to a store and try it out, they didn't have stuff like that when I was a kid.

So Far they are Amazing!
So far they are Gorgeous and very Light! I read a ton of reviews and I agree with the Majority. They are very Light for what they are, they are very comfortable and have bouncy soles. The Toe Cap is perfect for my Work kicking Boxes. I walk on metal Grates, Concrete, Metal Package Slides. They are Great for all 3. The Non Slip works Great. Before these I had the Irish Setter Ashbys. They were Some Big Boots to Fill. Pun intended. I tried the wolverines that look like these, the Timberland Pros 6” WP Aluminum Toe, 3 different Irish Setters. The other Timberland Pros were very comfortable so I ordered them too small. Which is what I wanted to talk about next. The size. This comes down to if you want to wear an Insole and how much your feet Swell. I am a 10 1/2 without soles added and 11 with them added. I wear the stock soles and some Dr Scholls Insoles. So I sized up to 11. They work for me. First day only slightly sore toes. The only con I would say is the breathability. They would do better with a couple holes I think. It may change after I have worn them a while. But I would order them again. I really really like them.

Great boots for construction worker.

I purchased these Timberland PRO boots for work, as my job requires working outdoors in a variety of conditions. They are extremely comfortable and do an excellent job of keeping my feet warm. The insoles provide exceptional cushioning and support, even during long workdays. Having worked in the construction industry for over 25 years, I can confidently say these are the best work boots I have used to date. I highly recommend them.

Surprisingly comfortable
These boots aren’t the prettiest to look at, but they are extremely comfortable. The are bulky, but aren’t all that heavy. As soon as I put them on and walked around I knew these were a good work boot. The toe box has ample room. I have a wide foot and in a wide size my toes can move freely inside the boot. I purchased another high quality work boot in a wide size and it squeezed my foot to the point it was painful to even wear them. I even went up a half size and still didn’t fit. I decided on the Timberland Pro Boondocks based on some of the reviews I read. They are pricey, but overall I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this style work book for someone who needs toe protection, durability, and comfort.

Very comfortable shoes, highly recommended
I was very touched that I finally bought suitable boots. I bought four pairs of boots from this brand. The first few pairs were not suitable. The ones that fit the size were too tight, and the larger ones hurt my feet. Only this pair of boots is the most suitable. , heavy, sturdy, comfortable, waterproof, and looks cute Buying shoes online is very risky, because they must be suitable and comfortable. I have changed 4 pairs of shoes before and after, and this pair is the most expensive and the best.
