I did a lot of research and read tons of reviews before buying the TIGI Bed Head Some Like It Hot Heat Protection Spray, and I’m so glad I gave it a try. This stuff is legit! I’ve been using it consistently before blow drying and styling, and I can honestly say I’ve seen a real difference in my hair; it feels smoother, looks shinier, and has way less breakage. It doesn’t leave any residue or stickiness, and the scent is light and pleasant. If you're on the fence, trust me; this one lives up to the hype.

Ordered this because of a TikTok where a woman sprayed different heat protectors on thermal paper to test them out. This one appeared to offer the best protection. It also smells nice, but it leaves a weird coating on my hair that makes it feel sorta straw-like. It goes away after washing and I'm not sure if that's normal for this type of product in general.

Good product just leaves hair with a sticky film. Strong smell. After washing it out my hair goes back to its normal softness. I also have really thick hair so it takes alot of spray. Pretty small bottle for how much comes out when you spray. The hold is pretty moderate

I keep trying tons of other products and coming back to this one. My hair is fine, but I have a lot of it and it’s got frizz and uneven waves. I straighten my hair 4 to 5 times a week and blow dry it 3 to 4 times a week. It works very well for me without weighing down or being sticky. It’s just smooth and I love the smell. I only use on wet hair. I have not noticed any more damage over the past year since I’ve been using it. I’m done trying other products. This is my spray
