My hairdresser uses this on my hair before and after a blowout and now I use it at home. I use this along with Moroccan oil. It really smooths out my hair with a minimal amount. I have thick semi coarse/curly hair and use less than a full pump but slightly more than a half pump on damp shoulder length hair to smooth it out with my hairdryer and paddle brush. Then I use smaller than a pea size amount on the ends after drying my hair to finish it off. Once you pump it on your hand rub your palms together and lightly work through hair and don’t concentrate on one area too long or it will leave your hair looking greasy.
