I had an issue with the keypad not working correctly, I contacted the company and they immediately sent out a new one. They did follow up emails to make sure that I got it installed correctly and then it worked properly. I would 100% buy from this company again, customer service is top notch! A very nice safe finished in white that looks much better than the standard safe colors when installed in our new home. We signed up for the delivery unpacking and install. That was a bargain and saved our having to deal with the delivery. I have reached out to Tiger King for the replacement of a couple damaged items within the safe ie shelving and shelf brackets, nothing major.
