Product comes very very well packaged in a box you know is made to deliver this safe safely to you. The product feels sturdy and feels well put together and feels it can take a beating if put to the test. This safe can be bolted to the floor and includes all the screws you'd need to ensure it doesn't move at all. Includes a key set to unlock it incase your batteries die powering the keypad and code unlock. Only issues I really have with this product is two things: 1. The handle is made of plastic and so are all the buttons. When you input your code to open your safe they simply don't feel the best. You are opening a sturdy metal door with a small plastic handle. It feels as if one day the handle might break and fall off locking you out of safe, which can be scary to think about especially if you can't get to your possession you're trusting this safe to hold. 2. When looking inside the safe there is an interior light that turns on while the safe is open. This light goes out in less than 30 seconds and makes keeping your safe open for any extended period of time while organizing your stuff in front of it rather annoying. its probably so you don't drain the four AA batteries you're using, so take it for what it is. This company does have good customer service and will help you out. TLDR: It's Good and it will serve most peoples needs who want a smaller safe to keep their belonging safe.

My mother-in-law passed recently and we needed a secure place for photo's and probate documents; the TIGERKING 3.47 cu ft Fireproof Safe Box exceeded my expectations. First the delivery was prompt and arrived with the packaging in excellent condition and safe packaged very good. Setup was simple, battery compartment is easy to access and the keypad setup was a breeze. I really like that the safe has no little extra compartments inside like some competitors do. This allows you to store to the maximum capacity as possible. While 3.47 is not huge it's better than several fireproof file boxes. Very pleased and highly recommend.

I use this for our personal things as well and it has strong security locks. The key pad is easy to use and the light is useful at night on the inside of it. Good storage space for the capacity and the carpeted interior is nice.

The Safe arrived this morning in a fantastically sturdy box with handles. There is no damage to the safe that I can see, and I am happy about that. I suggest completing the Set Up BEFORE you stick the Safe in a tight spot. Both the Reset button and Battery Compartment require the door to be open almost all the way to be able to access them. First I had to pop open the key compartment. It is covered by a small plastic cover about an inch across. (It is a cheap and cheesy little piece that will probably end up somewhere else before long, accidentally or on purpose.) Simply press that little plastic piece on the left side and it pops off, revealing the key slot. The Instructions say insert key, make sure it is all the way in, and turn it counterclockwise while also turning the door knob counterclockwise. But for me it was turn the key to the left while turning the knob to the right. I mention this so you don’t feel that prickle of panic if you follow the Instructions without getting the door open the first time. The battery compartment is in the door, so that if the door were full open, you would see the battery compartment just below the Reset button. To open the compartment, slide downward and the front pops off. The batteries were really tricky and did not work for me the first three times..I know, because the next step is pushing the Reset button, and mine was dead. I kept playing with the batteries, but they are an extremely tight fit and I was losing hope when Finally it worked. I heard the beep. Yay! I am already dreading the first time I have to change the batteries, because the compartment is awkward, tight and difficult. Setting the new code was super easy once the batteries kicked in. So now all I have left to do is bolt the safe down with the lag bolts that were included. Update: holes in the bottom of safe fit the included bolts and secured the safe beautifully. The code works perfectly every time... The only trouble I had at first was remembering to press the hash key after entering code. It has been months and the batteries are still going strong. Really good safe, and very good Amazon purchase.

While not the epitome of security, the 3.47 safe is a well-made easy to use home strongbox. Fire rated for 1200 deg./30 minutes it should be sufficient to protect items stored from damage. The combinatios are easy to set and change if necessary and has material covering the interior. The two adjustable/removeable shelves add to versatility. I would recommend it for its intended purpose of a home strongbox.
