I first heard of Tide Evo about two years ago and it sounded like the perfect solution to a serious problem. However, it was not available nationwide as they were testing it in Colorado. I hate plastic containers. Powders don't work well in my washer. I tried laundry detergent sheets (multiple brands) but eventually realized my laundry wasn't as clean as it could have been. I read a study that showed the sheets were only slightly better than washing in water with no detergent at all no matter what the brands claimed. The Tide Evo tiles are very different. The box is cardboard and recyclable. The tiles are easy to use and dissolve quickly. Best of all, they get my laundry CLEAN! Just like regular Tide detergent. Absolutely the best detergent I've ever used. I typically use a different detergent and after using this once, I could see that my whites were so much brighter. Didn't bother my skin at all. I LOVE these detergent pads. I have 5 boys so I was skeptical. These have taken even the toughest dirt and grime out of their clothes. So much better than lugging big plastic containers around. I’m giving this one 5 stars since it makes a great travel companion! I use these in my suitcase since their test run in Colorado. They breakdown easily in my washer and leave my clothes feeling fresh. I also want to say I appreciate the eco friendly cardboard. Tide and p&g, this is a great step to eco commitment, if you can bring back the recycle liquid ones too that would be awesome! I came back to edit only because if you live in a humid climate, you need to store these in a good container or they may start to fuzz up and breakdown on you. ... show more

Thank you Tide for an amazing product! I've done 2 loads with this today and it cleans great with no mess and it completely dissolved. Love that there is no plastic.     • Love these! An improvement from liquid / powder
I was so excited to try these and so far they are working great! Here’s my objective review 1) we prefer tide free & clear - we have a sensitive skin family 2) I used the liquid (would build up in washing machine if someone over poured) and we also used the powder version. I preferred the powder, but it was messy in the laundry room and powder would cake up on the rim of washing machine, which was no fun to clean. 3) these sheets go into the drum first, then clothes - they dissolve beautifully- no residue left over to wipe, clothes are clean just as they were with powder or liquid. 4) easy to store in a container 🫙- no mess ... show more
