For many years I had a handheld, which I still love but the water tank is tiny and I spent more time filling it up than steaming but for quick ironing on clothes that were only a little wrinkled or needs freshening , it worked but not on big items like window drapes and things of that nature so I bought this product and it looked overwhelming at first When I took it out of the box but believe me they give you the cheat card and it was very easy to hook up and use and it does deliver and I was able to do my living room curtains in half the time because I only had a fill the water bucket once and I did a full 84 inch window curtain with one bucket of water. I still kept my handheld but this works very well on dresses and shirts and even has a hanger and clips to press pants and the steam handle is light to hold. The only thing I do suggest is that since the upright steamer rolls ( it doesn’t stand correctly on carpet) is to get a flat cardboard box or piece of wood and put your steamer on top of that so that it does stay straight and upright, other than that, it’s a good choice . ... show more

It steam irons very well. Also I can use it as a regular iron as well. But the plastic part that supposedly hold the steam iron unit keeps falling out so it’s annoying. And the water container need to be emptied after each use, if I forget, the water leaks.

    • Disappointed Twice. Not sure I believe the rareviews
I was excited to get this machine. It had good reviews and seemed to have a nice steam surface. The first model came poorly packaged and the bottom of the machine was cracked, The manufacturers box was thin with no protection for the machine I still wanted to try it so I replaced it. The second one came with a broken wheel - again the packing. Still gave it a chance. the pole was very difficult to install The hanger was not easy to use. To top all that off the steamer does not work! just trickles of steam out of the box with the steamer head hot. I read all the trouble shooting tips and nothing worked. To top this off the manual pleads for understanding says the product has to travel a long way so damage is inevitable. I was willing to get the wheel fixed but there is no steam. I give up and am returning this to buy a more basic unit like my old one which held up for years. ... show more

I am so glad I purchased this steamer. It heats up very fast, easy and convenient to use when you are in a hurry it gets hot and even the lowest level I enjoy it so much that I have permanently left it out for easy access.

Honestly. The wheels do help it with moving to different rooms but filling the water tank and draining it/making it get used up so that I can store it is a bit of a hassle. I like that I can use it in the method of an iron but it's not quick to set up and use. I gave this to my sister and will be purchasing a handheld one instead. It seems to work for her as she has more heavy duty fabrics that she can steam all at once and they retain their wrinkle-free condition as opposed to me who has a lot of dresses and silk/linen items that constantly need steaming when taken out of the closet. ... show more
