This is so cute. I really like it. You do have to remember to put water in it to continue to have the pump work the way it should but it’s really pretty makes you feel very comfortable at home. I love to just put it on daily to watch it.

    • Beautiful, but sometimes you get a bad water pump.
It's as it looks. It's lovely and soothing, however both I ordered of the same style... two bc the pump either isn't strong enough or its too strong. (Yes, I adjusted the lever on it but it didn't do a whole lot). So if you buy just make sure the pump is quiet or return b4 you run out time to do so, to replace or get a simple pump replacement at the store. This is random. Consider they make this in bulk. Sometimes there are defects but, overall its gorgeous. I don't like the ugly rocks it comes with so I put my polished, tumbled gems in it and it's much nicer w the gold leaves. That's the style I chose both times. It's just that, you either get a good quiet pump or a loud scratchy sounding one. So be aware this can sometimes happen. Otherwise, it's beautiful and does exactly what you're buying it for. Instructions r a bit confusing. You need to put the washers separate, not together (side by side, don't do this it wont balance.) when assembling. It doesn't say this. one above and one under the "shelf" rocks rest upon & you're good! ... show more

Returned first for a refund instead of getting the refund was sent a replacement which again was a mess in the packaging, there is dirt and a sticky substance on the cord. I Will not use this, returning the second one as well

Lots of compliments but you have to troubleshoot because you cant just plug and unplug. You have to remove the top and let the pump dry then plug in again to see if it works. It’s very cute but not worth the annoying set up every single morning

Can hear the motor going from the kitchen to my bedroom down the hall. Also can’t turn down the water pressure on it - the button doesn’t move there’s just water splashing everywhere all the time. So disappointing because its aesthetically super cute.

The media could not be loaded. The fountain is perfect for my working table , but I bought some color natural stones instead of using the stones going with the fountain , they look much better
