Let me start by saying that I’m not a picky consumer and I’m very forgiving when it comes to the various purchases I make. I feel like I’m being forgiving on this review as well. I received my new Thule Urban Glide 2 double stroller last week, and it’s absolutely amazing! I expected the same from Thule stroller accessories, but I was mistaken. I’m 45 and a married, full time working mom w/2 kids (ages 2 & 1/2 and 14 months) and I’m a committed (but not fantastic) distance runner for 17 years, hence the recent Thule purchases. If you have small babies or very young kids that don’t move around much, or kids that sleep every time they ride in a stroller, then this rain cover will probably serve you just fine. I, however, was left disappointed, and cut my run short due to how easily both of my kids were able to repeatedly loosen the cover by kicking and pulling at it. Being that this cover is “custom” made for a Thule double stroller, I expected it to line up clearly and obviously, and to attach well and tightly, but The Velcro straps that attach at the top, near the handlebar, are too small and narrow. The straps line up awkwardly, leaving less Velcro connected and making it easier for the kids to jar it loose with very little effort. The entire cover needs some kind of lightweight metal frame sewn into it to raise the cover up and keep it away from the kids so they can’t grab and kick at it (as they did), and also to keep the rain running off the cover and not puddling up in several areas (as it did). The upper, black portion of the cover (nylon or something) near the handlebar extends farther downward than the photos depict, which obstructs more of the kids’ view. They need to remove some of the upper, black fabric and put in a clear window/s, as the solid black covers up the kid viewing windows on the stroller’s canopy. The instructions are far too too basic - for instance, when installing the cover, the canopy needs to be pulled all the way forward in order to frame and lift the rain cover away from the kids and to slant it so rain runs off, as I stated lightweight metal or strong flexible plastic built/sewn into the rain cover could fix this issue. Yes, it blocked the rain and my kids stayed dry. I didn’t notice any steaming up however it was only 50 degrees at the time. The plastic window on the cover is easy to see through and is not the cheap, crinkly plastic, but the cover needs more of the clear plastic and less of the black fabric. Overall, this cover is ok. I will use it again if I have to but I will be buying a new, off brand rain cover ASAP.

We live in the PNW and stroller rain covers are a must have. I just got it yesterday and put it to good use right away. Did 2, 5 mile jogs and it kept the little ones dry and warm. I could see it getting steamy inside the cover if it is warm outside. Overall, it does the job and I am happy with it - especially now that gyms are closed and it is necessary to keep up my active routine to lose baby weight. Thanks Thule and Amazon for fast delivery. 😊

This rain cover is perfect for the Thule double jogger, it fits perfectly. It’s easy to get on and is a great design. I wish it worked better with the sport organizer accessory but it’s still worth it to me to have both. It gets a little foggy inside which is expected. I’d definitely recommend it for rainy climates!

Got this for my twins when they turned 12 months, they did not like the recline. They are constantly sitting up, leaning forward. The strap system is not secure and they are able to free themselves from the shoulder straps. They are 18 months now and much prefer the cheapo Zoe twin stroller that we have. I also wish it had a cup holder or a place to put my phone. I should have gotten the Bob. It looks ugly but seems a lot more comfortable for the kids.

Awesome and super easy to use and store. Used during a downpour at Disney World. Kids were dry! Also has good wind blocking features. Works amazing! Only downside- super expensive. For the price of the stroller, this could be less.

I had ordered a cheaper one trying to avoid this price but lesson learned THULE for the win every time. They upgraded it and added a zipper to it so you don't have to fully take it off to hand stuff to your kids or take the kids in and out. ALSO, the plastic is not wrinkly like others, you can actually see through it. Super great quality.

It does not fit if you have the double organizer. You can put it on by the feet area, but cannot secure it by the handlebar, as the organizer is in the way. I tried to put it between the organizer and the frame, but there is no way. This is a huge miss on Thule's design team. For such an expensive stroller, there are a few of their options that don't work, which blows my mind.
