It’s firm but very comfortable and feels like it will last a long time. It seems very durable. The chaise is the perfect length and we love the pull out part - perfect two people to lay down and relax while watching tv. The storage in the chaise is also great - much more capacity than I was expecting! I was able to fit several blankets in there and still have room. A nice sectional sleeper!! There is one at rooms to go that is exactly alike but more expensive ofcourse... It is so comfy so I am not sure why other reviews say it isn't but for me and my family,we love it so much we have it for a month now and so far so good It isn't big but is not small so a mid-size sectional. Amazon did not give me tracking for this purchase but I reached out to the seller and they gave me all the tracking information I needed. Delivery was okay, they will only deliver it on your front door which is why furniture companies charge atleast $250-300 for a what they call white glove delivery that includes assembly and position it to where you want it to be. But in this case you do not have that option but hey it totally works out for us, It came in a 4 big boxes, very well packaged I must add! and assembly was so easy. Had a little bit of an issue with the back rest but the seller was so quick to resolve that issue, they do have such a nice customer service. ... show more

Never bought a couch or major furniture online so was pleased with the delivery time, less than 2 weeks from order and the company was very responsive in providing the tracking and updates. Shipping company was also very professional, communicated BY PHONE and called ahead of time on day of delivery. The assembly was simple and my wife was able to handle without help (ie, it's a one person assembly). Plug and play. The sleeper portion of the couch rolls out easily on my high pile carpet and is comfortable. The storage under the chaise is BIG and stores everything. 2 pillows, sheets, and 4 blankets. Very pleased with this sectional. It is a large comfortable couch. The material feels like a soft linen and it is very thick and sturdy. It comes with 4 throw pillows trust i did not like the design of, so I just recovered them. The storage under the chaise is a big plus. This couch is a bit firm, which makes the sleeper feel like a very nice mattress. Definitely a great value. Delivery was smooth and the shipping company stayed in touch throw the whole process. Update: the seller reached out for support and sent us a new end piece free of charge, so we could at least have a whole couch. However, the end piece is already falling apart after less than a week of usage. Seller is helpful, couch is still terrible. (Last photo is brand new piece). Only giving the extra star for their reaching out. ——— Bought this couch a little over a year ago and regret it. The piling on it is crazy and cheap. The end of it that has the storage compartment broke early on and it’s completely unusable to sit on or store anything in, so we had to remove it completely. It’s very difficult to clean as the bottom cushions don’t have a removable cover. It’s a pretty stiff couch, so if you’re looking for soft, keep looking. Spent over $1,000 on this couch and already have to replace it a year later. Such a bummer for a family on a tight budget who waited years for a new couch. ... show more

The couch itself is pretty comfy. It was easy to assemble for the most part. Unfortunately, some of the screws I received were not the correct screws and I will be reaching out to the seller about this. The delivery SUCKED. They will not bring it beyond the front door. If you live in an apartment with no elevator this is for you. Have help ready to get it upstairs to your door because the delivery guy will not do it. They called me and I asked if they could and it was repeated that they wouldn’t even help me get it to the front door of my apartment. The wrong screws and the sucky delivery bright it down to three stars. The couch itself is a 5 star couch so far. ... show more

This sleeper couch is super easy to put together. We have a couple kids so decided not to install the legs of the couch. This size comes with four pieces that just hook together. The middle section comes out which gives it the “sleeper” name. The right side is a huge storage area. The color is amazing, it is super sturdy, and I like a firmer couch which this is.
