I’m in loveeee with it!!! The only thing that’s troubling is the actual assembly. We were hoping it would truly only take 30 minutes but it ended up taking a day due to the fur being inside where the wood is and getting caught on the drill bits. We love this couch! It's very soft and very comfortable! Love the storage under both chaises and the pull out to make the sofa extra big. Everything went fine as far as ordering and delivery. UPDATE: The Seller reached out to me personally and is sending a replacement part. So I’m happy about the outcome and communication with the seller for making things right. Still a little nervous about the pullout part but grateful for a new one. I’m so sad. At first we absolutely loved this couch. Not even 48hrs later the pullout part collapsed in. It’s made so terribly. It’s thin pieces of wood glued/ stapled together. It’s a beautiful and comfortable couch but I really don’t think it’s worth the money. On top of that I can’t get a replacement piece, I have to send the whole thing back and get a refund. This thing is massive and heavy. Buy at your own risk, but if you do, don’t expect to have the pullout function for long. ... show more

wood was dry and made it difficult to assemble, could be a me problem, feet pieces were plastic, couch to the touch is soft, a pretty couch but a bit expensive, had an issue with side pieces lining up but was met with fast & efficient communication and option of a handyman to come fix it or partial refund ... show more

The couch is pretty but it isn't that comfortable, especially not to sleep on. The two ends are very had due to being storage ends. I fell asleep on the couch last night and woke up feeling like I slept on a rock. I put my hand down to push myself up and it went between 2 couch pieced and slammed right onto a hard piece of wood. The media could not be loaded. Love it!!! I’m so happy with this couch. It’s firm but yet soft and cozy. I was afraid it was gonna be hard, it’s not! It was easy to put together, it came In 3 big boxes. The price is amazing, I mean you really can’t beat it!
