I was hesitant about buying a couch off amazon. I wanted something middle of the road for my family. Im not ready to spends thousands on funiture yet. After researching lots of options and reading reviews, I took the leap. We love this couch! The kids (6 and 8) love the pull outs. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Customer service is excellent. I got a text after purchase confirming my phone number for delivery. Sadly, one of the pieces came damaged. I texted that number back (9pm central time) and got an immediate response and got a refund (my color was out of stock or they promptly would have sent a replacement out). I am happy with the quality of the couch. Its pretty firm, but I think it will break in. Overall, very happy with my purchase!! ... show more

This sectional is awesome lots of seats and very happy with the build quality for the price! Does need a little breaking in because the cushions are a on the firm side. Side note central America Estes Shipper is not great, it sounds like Estes elsewhere in the US is fairly good, but the one in Des Monies Iowa is not great, or at least the single person who was supposed to make the final home delivery. Everything Estes did up to the point of delivering to our house was great, Fast Shipping. The single issue we had was the delivery day. We got contacted the day before and scheduled a delivery window for the next day. That day came and we found out how to track it and get a more precise estimated time of delivery. This is where things went downhill. To make a short version, we did not receive the sectional on our scheduled day or within the time window and we were never contacted to tell us there would be no delivery that day. We ended up calling 2 hrs past the time window and were finally told there would be no delivery today. We did call 2 times before that at the end of the time window and were told they were running just a little behind and should only be 30-40min, then 2hrs later no call nothing and then we called them. We ended up with a friend who had a trailer and I called Estes to see if we could just pick it up and we were able to. So long story short if you are getting this delivered to Des Monies Iowa Estes be careful. I'm pretty sure is just 1 person that causes the issues but the reviews on Google kinda alien to what happened to us. Everyone else at Estes I dealt with was great, Just no communication about changes that were different than what was already set up. ... show more

I wouldn’t waste your money on this item. It’s hard as a rock not comfortable at all. The threading to it is already coming up is not well made especially for the price that they asked for. It’s really not worth the money. It’s made very cheap. Update This company’s contacted me after my review they’ve been very responsive and helpful. They need what they needed to correct the issues I was having & made me a happy customer. I recommend them to the fullest, you won’t have any regrets. ... show more

Family of 4 and we love our new sectional. The only thing I'm not fond of is that the seat cushions do not come off. My kids are older but my youngest is 10 and can still make a bit of a mess when eating and we eat in the living room quite often, which means her sitting on a towel. Aside from that, it looks amazing!! The fabric is comfortable, the cushions are firm, and the wide angle end has become my favorite spot because I like the option of curling up or stretching out and propping my feet up on the pull out ottomans. My daughter and 2 of her friends are planning a sleepover and all 3 could easily sleep on this couch. ... show more

We bought this couch a few months ago despite the fact I was VERY skeptical purchasing a couch I never sat on. Shipping for the entire couch took about a month, as expected. Customer service reached out to me via text to work out all the details and the local delivery company reached out to schedule a final delivery date/time. The piece arrived, I assembled (feet/connecting all the pieces) and we have enjoyed it since. About a week ago, we noticed the “cuddler” (large end piece) was sinking and “popping” when sat in. I flipped it over to find a piece of wood protruding out of the bottom. So immediately I thought “that’s what you get for ordering from Amazon”, expecting I was screwed and wasn’t even sure if I had a warranty, but decided to reach out to the same person that originally contacted me expecting no response. This person with THSUPER got back to me within a day, asked for a picture/video of the issue, and said “Got it, we will get another one out to you.” I thought this is too good to be true. ONE WEEK LATER the new replacement piece showed up at my door! We are so happy with the service and absolutely LOVE this sectional overall for our five person, two dog family. Side note: We have spilled red wine, coffee, and other drinks (a lot of kid drinks) on this couch and it has all come up and out so easily with some cleaner and a rag. To be perfectly honest, I was quite skeptical about this sectional, but after it came in several days ahead of schedule, and I set it up in our TV room, the entire family couldn’t be happier. My oldest adult daughter liked it so much that she ordered one too.

This couch is amazing! The build is solid and the couch is comfy. Very spacious as well. It was easy to assemble, you just need a good drill. It’s modular so it can fit pretty much anywhere. Shipping was good as well. I’ve seen a lot of people complain about Estes but I had no issues. They called the day before delivery and then about 30 minutes before arriving. Delivery is curbside.
