Overall I like this couch. I’m unsure what to think of the material, it seems durable enough, but I’m not sure. It’s definitely microfiber. Don’t have anything sharp in your pockets. I can say you definitely don’t wanna spill anything on it. It doesn’t seem like it would clean easily. I planned on putting a cover over it anyways. It arrived damage free. The head rest works correctly. Putting it all together was super simple, I had concerns about the pull-out section because of other reviews, but mine showed up straight and aligned correctly. The pullout section works great, and glides across my rug with zero resistance. The sections fit and locked together with no issues. The couch is stable and doesn’t shift around, but it sits on a rug. We got this specifically to lay down on to watch movies, I don’t think it’s something I would want to sit on to relax. It’s VERY firm, which is what we wanted, you won’t sink into it. (I’m 5’8 and weigh 190lbs), When I lay with my head against the backrest (slouched down), my feet dangle off just a bit, which I personally like. If I sit upright with my back on the backrest there’s lots of legroom left. The feet went on easy with no issues, but you don’t wanna over torque it for sure. It’s definitely a large couch, It could comfortably fit 4-5 average size adults, but it’s just me and two little kids, so we have LOTS of space on it. It’s definitely not something you want your kids jumping on, or large adults just suddenly throwing there body weight down on, I feel like this will last for a quite sometime as long as it isn’t mistreated. Lots of storage space, the hinges to the lounge sections go up and down smooth and stay up on their own quite well. I definitely plan on getting more blankets and pillows to store inside so the kids won’t be taking the blankets from their rooms. I think it was worth it. ... show more

We’ve had this couch a few weeks now and I have very few complaints. I read reviews like crazy because spending that much money sight unseen was stressful. I’ll be as detailed as I can. We wanted easy to clean, modular, pet friendly. You can see two of our fur balls in the pic. Shipping First off it was delivered so fast. A+ for that. It came in four huge boxes, delivered by a third party freight company. They will arrange a drop off time with you and you have to sign for it. Info I wish I knew before. They drop the pallet and the boxes off in the drive. They don’t bring it in for you so get some muscle. The boxes aren’t terribly heavy mostly big and awkward. I also didn’t ask if they would because I didn’t want to be a bother and since it was wrapped in plastic on the pallet I assumed the answer was no. Assembly This is an A category also. You only have to screw in the feet. If you have a drill, use it. There’s a tiny indent to let you know where the screw goes along with a faint chalk line for the feet. I guessed a lot of the times and things seem just fine in the feet department. Screw the feet on and insert the head rests and that’s it. Super easy. Pull Out Game We absolutely love the pull out portion. I didn’t think we’d have it out much but it’s almost always out. We love a before bed movie or something and this is perfect. It also comes out and goes back really easy even on our carpet. I was impressed. Headrests The adjustable headrests are an interesting feature. I didn’t see the point at first but it does help with the reclining aspect. If you tilt them, it feels like more of a recline, which is nice. Arm Rest I love the big arm rest on the side. It’s a comfy end of the couch seat. The remote or your phone won’t slip off easy. We put a cute blanket on it and that fit nicely into the cushion. Storage I love that it has two areas for storage. We put extra comforters, sheets, and pillows in them so it’s a good amount of storage. Pet Friendly My cats still try to scratch it so we are staying on top of nail trims. They have made some scratch lines so it is definitely not resistant to that. We have used a spray we got at a pet store that is supposed to deter from scratching, it doesn’t, and I will say that the fabric did not hold onto any of that spray as far as it leaving spots, which was a concern I had. Dog hair and spots show up easy which annoyed me at first but it actually encourages me to clean it so it’s probably for the best. The dog hair comes off easy enough with our Chom Chom. So an A for that also. Spot Clean Spots wipe up easily with a wet cloth nothing else. Just don’t get aggressive with how hard you rub. I thought I ruined a spot but it was ok in the end. Final thoughts. Worth the money. Big enough for a family to be on comfortably and pet friendly so you can enjoy them. This color is light so be prepared to keep up on spot cleaning and pet hair removal. It needs couch pillows which we are still in need of so we just have a mountain of minky blankets for now. ... show more

So it's been about almost 20 days since I received the couch, and literally everyone in our family loves it! It's super comfy and look exactly like the pictures. The material is exactly what I thought it would be like that soft leather / corduroy feel. The deliver was smooth and they arrived wrapped up in boxes. We did have to some assembly but was able to complete in about hour and 1/2- 2 hours tops. The pull out bed is such a fun function and our kids favorite feature. The hidden storage is so great and the adjustable head rest are my favorite! Overall I shopped around for honestly about a year for a new couch. Our old one was dying a sad and slow death. Its was black leather and so old it was cracking a peeling so we had to do something but a couch is a big commitment specially one this expensive. But I think we made a great decision, I can tell this couch is going to last us a long time. Not to mention everyone that has been over loves the couch and ask where we got it from! 5/02/2026 Two years later and we still have our couch. Still looks great and feels great! i’ve had this couch for about a year now so i feel comfortable reviewing it. i love that it has the pull out. that’s my favorite feature. and that all the neck supports are adjustable. the storage in the couch was a must for me when i was couch shopping. the cons of this couch: it’s super uncomfortable for both my partner and i. we both have scoliosis and have had an impossible time finding a couch thats comfortable enough. when you spend $1800 on a couch….. i feel like you should be expecting something elite. maybe that’s just me. idk. but we already have sagging, the pull out is constantly having issues with popping out of the sliders, and even though the material is supposedly microfiber, we are constantly getting pet hairs stuck in the material of the couch. verdict: if i were to couch shop again, i would definitely go with something leather next time, cause the pet hairs and the messes are just too much for me to handle cleaning out of this thing. i would recommend this couch if you don’t have pets, kids, or a man in your life that makes huge messes. i would recommend this couch if you like really firm couches. ... show more

I am 56 yrs old and I've made a lot of furniture purchases over the years. I was going in skeptical about purchasing furniture online with Thru Amazon. My friend had purchased two couches from this company and we loved hers and she encouraged me to order. "IT IS EASY" she says. Well I did it and she was RIGHT the company immediately reached out via text confirming my telephone number and then I got automated call scheduling delivery options I scheduled and it was delivered I did reach out via text to company to confirm delivery was still coming and they immediately texted back confirming AND told me to text them when arrives and let them know if any issues. There wasn't any and I forgot to text them and they sent me another asking for follow-up?!! what a company The couch is great and made of quality materials.
