I spent weeks searching for a new sofa and finally landed on this one and I couldn't be happier! Sofa goes really well in my theater room which is why I chose this sofa to complete that style of look I was going for. The chaise storage is surprisingly very large and can fit many things inside! Comfort wise it's slightly firm but that actually is what I wanted so not a problem. My only wish is if THSUPER adds cup holders on the arm rests and USB and outlets for charging I will buy it! Hope they read this! Customer service (Denise) was wonderful and nice she helped me with one little issue I had and was very quick to solve it! Pros: Good communication from the delivery service, the product arrived earlier than expected. The couch design is very functional. The material seems durable. Cons: One of the L shaped foot pieces (b) arrived cracked. The couch was obviously not assembled correctly during manufacturing, there is a huge gap between the seat and bottom (as pictured). Nothing is aligned properly on the couch section. This looks awful and affects comfort/structure when it’s pulled out as a bed. Chaise section was fine. Bottom Line: I wouldn’t buy again unless they up their quality control process. Difficult to contact seller after purchase for replacement parts or help fixing this issue. Update: Seller reached out, and helped with ALL issues. Very responsive and understanding after reading review and hearing concerns. Updating my review/star rating based on my recent costumer service experience with the company. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Delivery went well, communication was good. I’ve had it about 3 months now and just put on the legs. It took me a few hours, the feet were kind of outlined but there wasn’t directions & I’m not really experienced with putting furniture together. You only get the exact number of screws you need, no extra so be careful not to misplace them. Quality- could be better considering the way the cushions are and I haven’t even had it 6mo-1yr yet. That has to be the most disappointing part. One of the wheels on the track came off and where it is in the frame there’s no way I can get it back on. Not too worried about it though since I can get it to open and close okay, just have to be careful. Still trying to figure out the best way to clean it without water marks being left behind. The storage chaise works fine, no issues so far. Comfort: I like the firmness of it and it’s mostly comfortable it. Could be better if the back cushions came up higher instead of stopping mid back but I’ve never had furniture like this before. It hurts after sitting for a while but I imagine big throw pillows would help. Overall probably would not purchase again and go with something different or at least wouldn’t pay this much for it. ... show more

I was pretty skeptical of a couch this size at this price. But I'm honestly blown away with the quality. The adjustable headrests are awesome it is so comfortable. There's so much room to spoon with a partner. It was just a fantastic purchase as far as bang for the buck

My friend had purchased two couches from this company and we loved hers and she encouraged me to order. "IT IS EASY" she says. Well I did it and she was RIGHT the company immediately reached out via text confirming my telephone number and then I got automated call scheduling delivery options I scheduled and it was delivered I did reach out via text to company to confirm delivery was still coming and they immediately texted back confirming AND told me to text them when arrives and let them know if any issues. There wasn't any and I forgot to text them and they sent me another asking for follow-up?!! what a company The couch is great and made of quality materials.
