I've been searching for a good large sofa and I read all the possible reviews of everything. This specific one didn't have too many reviews but I decided to go with it anyway because I genuinely liked this one the most. This sofa is incredibly comfortable and soft to sit in, it's a bit on the hard side of sofas but very soft!! Easy to assemble, and the pull-out section is incredible for cozy movie nights. Storage is spacious and can throw all the blankets in there. More than anything, it's BEAUTIFUL! I did have some problems with the delivery company's handling of the sofa (Mind you, it comes in 4 huge boxes) but the customer service of this company was impeccable! They were very attentive, solved any problems I may have had and made sure I was satisfied. Great customer service!! Additionally, when you order the sofa, make sure to check the tracking number with CEVA, their shipment company, and call AHEAD of time to schedule the delivery. This couch is perfect if you have a big family that has many movie nights! It’s very firm I have had mine for almost a year and it’s just as firm as I got it. Super easy to clean and the size of perfect. I got the light gray for a soft look and looks amazing with my walls and flooring.

Quality, color and size were perfect. When I got the shipment, I thought it was too big for my living room space but when I set everything up, it was perfect. The couch is perfect for bigger living rooms. Check the measurements first before buying.

Delivery was so smooth and easy! We got 4 large boxes with each section of the sectional. The only assembly we needed to do was to screw in the legsattach each section together and attach the head rests. All took less then 30 mins once all pieces were out of their boxes. The cushions are thick! The fabric is comfy and it is a bit firm, but I believe it'll soften up after it gets worn in. The pull out section is super easy to pull out and push back in as well! Over all, awesome experience, comfy couch and the material/color is exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommend! ... show more

I love how everything opens. But head rests are not adjustable and too stiff. Usualy you get levels woth that stuff, this one either full open or full close. Cushions are stiff too, its been 2 months but its not getting softer, this is both good and bad. I mean you can sleep on it but not that comfortable. Delivery guys left it downstairs so we had to get it upstairs that was hard. Installation is easy just watchout for the short legs because they brake easy. Cheap plastic. Overall its good for the money, nice colors, easy install, not too heavy to move around. Yea nothing like it on this price range. ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised at how well made this was. It is very sturdy and just what I was looking for. If you are looking for a soft, squishy couch, this is not the one for you. It is very firm. That is what I like most! I have two dogs who play on and off the furniture and I feel like this will hold up in the long run. It is HEAVY. The only thing I did not like was putting on the feet. I used a regular screw driver and elbow grease. Probably easier if you have a drill. Also, the feet feel like cheap plastic almost. Not a fan. Other than that, this is a great find! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Overall it’s comfortable and pretty big but there was two missing head rest I was in contact with the seller, he responded very quickly and solved a small problem for me. Junk quality. Very uncomfortable. Head supports pop up when down by simply resting your head on them. Bought two. One of the two was falling apart within weeks of purchase. Replaced them both before I could discover issues with the other one.
