Stringing a reel is a pain without the right setup. this little unit does the job. Not flashy, but functional. All you need. Table clamp is sturdy and performs well. I would never try to re-string a reel without this again. Worth the money for sure.

I ordered the KastKing Kalibrate Fishing Line Spooler first but returned it do to working issues. This device is a 100% better. Easy to set up and adjust tension. I installed line on my real in just a few minutes. I would definitely recommend it.

No instructions. Once I got used to it, it's an effective line re-spooler. But had an obnoxious experience first time I used it. It's parts are small and you have to remove 4 of them to put on a spool. I set them down on my table and the little spring went flying off when I reached for it. I spent several hours looking for it on the floor and couldn't find the sucker until it resurfaced a week later! I was able to use it anyway with one spring left by anchoring that side first. So put these bitsy parts a tray to keep them from running away when they're loose.
