I could not wear both at the same time because the straps dug into my neck. I saw these & knew they had to be better than the ones I had. Great quality, easy to use & very comfortable. A big improvement from the drugstore slings. I had to sing it one star because I wish the elbow to hand length where long. I’m 5’11 with long arms and my hand falls out of the support. With that said, it has a nice range of adjustment for height so you can really tighten your arm up against your body.     • XL is easier to put on
Size: XL Adult
The XL strap is longer, so it's easier to put on. You can adjust the strap to max length, and slip it over your head. Put your arm in the sling. Then tighten up the velcro strap. The XL arm pouch is 14" to 17", and 14" is the same as the regular adult size.

My doctor gave me an arm sling after my shoulder surgery. Unfortunately it was a cheap arm sling and started falling apart. I order this new one and it is a much better quality and I love the adjustment strap, so I can adjust the sling all by myself. Which is a wonderful thing to be able to do because there has been so many things I can not do by myself after my shoulder surgery. If you need an arm sling, get this one, it is great. ... show more

I bought this to practice using my left hand while my right arm is going to be immobilized after surgery I wanted to get the hang of using only one hand for everything and this is one of the easiest ways to simulate that. It’s very comfortable to wear for several hours and easy to adjust the strap because it’s Velcro. I also like the thumb loop as it seems to add more stability. I wish I had bought this after I hurt my arm, I probably would’ve had a lot less pain. ... show more
