For those of you who suffer from Sacriliac, Lumbar slipped discs, etc. otherwise known as "lower back pain," you are in luck. I have been looking for and tried several of these braces advertised to minimize such pains. But, the problem with many of these braces is that they are too stif and too wide, such that you can't bend at the waist to sit, drive or maneuver freely. Moreover, they often begin to hurt if you pull them tight enough to alleviate your pain. With this one, I have been very happy to find relief! It's very thoughtfully designed, of high quality, breathable, and made of a flexible material that is built to withstand many many tugs, re-adjustments and long term use. More importantly, it's width is only in the back where it targets your lumbar sacrum (tailbone) spine providing exceptional support. Then, it tapers to a few inches wher the belt wraps around the front at your waist. So, its neither too wide or stiff to interfere with your normal bending or breathing. Be sure when you first put it on that you do not pull the adjustors tight. Let them stay loose so that you can fit the belt around your waist, first. You then pull on the elastic adjusters with velcro fasteners to firmly, but gently provide just enough pressure to enclose your muscles, nerves and vertebrae to provide the right amount of relief. All relevant components are reinforced with polyvinyl-leather clasps. With the edges of the waist belt embossed and reinforced with extra stitching, as well. Cleary the manufacturer wants this to work for you and to last a long time! When you are done adjusting, it feels really good. It is so easy to use, if it ever feels too tight or too loose, you are able to just lift up on the velcro fasteners and readjust in or out, as you need! No bulky, cumbersome belt blues. There you have it! I hope your back pain days are as diminished, as mine have been!

June 25, 2025: I decided to try this brace since it is targeted for the lower back area at waist level. That makes it less confining of the abdomen. There is a spline at the back that lines up with one's spine for accurate position before fastening. I find that it is more comfortable to put the brace on before pants and a belt than to wear it over a belt. If no belt is worn, the brace feels okay on top of the pants. The brace must be hand washed and drip-dried. I'll find this useful for work that varies from seated at a desk to organizing, shelving and moving things throughout a large building.

Having tried and reviewed quite a few back braces, this one excels in comfort when sitting. At the front, the belt width (top to bottom) is about 4 inches; this is MUCH narrower than all of the other back braces I have used. As a result, it was very comfortable while sitting. While the wider back braces provide a greater area of support (and I really like almost all of them), I found them to be very uncomfortable while seated (almost unwearable). Otherwise, the design is similar to most others with good 3 Velcro belts to get a good fit. The widest (4” in the front and a bit under 5” in the back attaches at the front with the 2 side belts (just under 2” wide) are used to get the more “custom” fit (they also attach in the front). The size of this belt does make it less apparent when worn under clothing. The back area of the belt is perforated to let air in however the 2-adjustment belt cover much of that area; good, but not great air flow. While I did not see care instructions, when needed I will hand-wash and air dry this back brace. One final big positive to me is that the belt material did not roll over in the back, i.e., it stayed flat against my back. Overall, to me this belt is the best type to wear for support when seated, especially working at a desk. That will be my main way of using it (and use the wider belted type of back braces for non-seated activities); 5 stars for this less conspicuous back brace providing high comfort when seated.

I have been having lower back pain for several weeks, and when I saw this Cybryeh Lightweight Back Brace for Pain Relief on Amazon I decided to order it. It arrived this morning. I have been wearing it most of the day, and I can definitely feel the difference! I did use the size chart to make sure that I ordered the proper size. and it is a very good fit. It is lightweight and quite easy to put on and adjust using the velcro strips. I barely know that I'm wearing it except for most of the pain I've been having in my lower back is much, much better today. It also seems to help keep my posture straight, which I think is also part of the problem. I do consider the price to be reasonable, and it was shipped overnight. so it arrived the very next morning. So I'm giving it a 5 start review. If anything changes over the next couple of months I will make sure I update this review - but I doubt that will happen. I am currently quite pleased with this order.

Both my hubby and I are getting older and our bodies don’t respond as well to the hard labors of our homestead life as they used to. Back aches are becoming more and more common. So I got this to be able to use when we’re doing things that require a lot of bending and lifting. I’m impressed with both the quality and the comfort of this back brace. It’s easy enough to put on (just takes a second to figure out the order of the Velcro), and then it works well at giving support for my lower back. The hardest part is just remembering to actually put it on before we go do our work. 😂 But all in all, very pleased with the product and the relief it provides.
