I will admit that I used to use the old style thigh-master and, as everyone knows, the design left much to be desired. Well, it’s finally gotten an upgrade and it’s even better now! When it came in I’m was pleasantly surprised that it came in it’s own carrying pouch and that it had more than just one option for use. It also had more than one difficulty setting! The design is much softer on the arms and legs, having more surface area, and that being shaped ergonomically. There are two settings, light and heavy, and those can even be fine tuned to create more exertion depending on where the pads are held. The pouch it comes with fits it with some room to spare but not a lot. It has a users manual and a built in pocket that allows for storage of the retention peg when you’re using it so that it doesn’t get lost, which can very easily happen if you’re not careful. And that it’s also comfortable being used in the variety of other options from the manual, which is a huge plus. I’m actually quite happy with this order and I really would recommend it to others. I’ve been doing 60 on high and definitely feel the burn, so I take a few second break after 30 then continue to 60. I’m hoping this helps with my glutes as well, they can be achey a lot of the time. I wish that the parts you place on your legs had more cushion and that the bag it came with was slightly bigger, but I like that you can fold this exerciser with a pin for easy storage, it also came with an extra pin and a mini booklet of different exercises you can do with the thigh master. So far, so good. Have not had any results yet since I’ve only been using it almost everyday for 1-2 weeks. ... show more
