This was purchased for my husband in the color green as well as another from the gorilla grip pad brand, color blue. It was purchased to be used one at home the other at work. There is absolutely no doubt that the PROPAD has greater thickness than the other brand. I kneeled on each, one knee on the PROPAD and one knee on the Gorilla Grip. Absolutely no comparison! After a while, in about one minute you definitely feel the difference in support. My knee sank in the gorilla grip kneeling pad and I felt much stronger yet comfortable support on the PROPAD. I immediately decided to leave a review because those who truly need it must purchase quality products in a sea of options that are not all equal and comfortable, nor worth the price in the current inflation atmosphere. High recommandations for the PROPAD. This is a subjective review with zero payment from this brand or manufacturer. Just an honest wife wanting the best for her husband!

This item is very durable and thick and plenty wide enough. I bought one that was softer but it wasn't wide enough. I am 64yrs old, about 200lbs and 6ft tall and this one could be softer on the knees. It is nice and thick. Light weight enough. For sitting on on bleachers it may work well, but kneeling is not as good.

I purchased this because I have to get on my knees to sweep out lint from industrial sized clothes dryers at work. It's especially useful when I take the lint out and replace it back afterwards. Its firmness makes it easy to get back up from the floor afterwards.
