After weeks of researching gaming PCs, this one is the best value that I have come across. While I was never drawn towards white colored PCs, in person it looks much better than expected. Setting it up was quite easy and straightforward. Web browsing is very snappy. Boot times are great. It also runs quiet at a consistent sound even during intense gaming moments. In terms of gaming. I have tested this PC with Elden Ring. On all settings set on high and in 1440p, it pretty much runs at stable 60 fps. This far exceeds what my PS5 could do and the game looks so much better than on it. In fact, I even tried enabling ray tracing at maximum and the fps was still fluctuating in mid 50s to 60!. The CPU is good enough where you can upgrade to a moderately better GPU like the rtx 4070, and even the 4070ti without experiencing any major bottlenecks if you want to in a few years, so there's a good future proofing aspect. Even as is, I'd say this PC is great for today's games and will be for quite a while. If there are any cons to this PC, is that the wifi capabilities it comes with are far too poor for todays standards as it uses wifi 5. I ended up upgrading it with a wifi 6 PCIe card which at least trippled my wireless speeds while also providing a better form of bluetooth. It's easy to setup even if you've never done it before. Since I watch a good amount of videos on this PC, whether it's youtube or really anywhere, the RTX video enhancement is an amazing feature for making videos look much more clear and crisp. It is an absolute must if you plan on frequently watching videos. The GPU on this PC is capable of utilizing this feature much better than some of the older cards while being much more energy efficient and while preventing high temperatures. The glass is crystal clear and you'd forget there is even glass there, given it a "naked" look at times which is quite aesthetically pleasing, especially with all of the RGB colors being emited. Opening and closing this PC if needed is also pretty easy to do even as a beginner. I didn't really require any extra work on this PC other than changing the wifi card (That becomes irrelevant if you use an ethernet cable). Other than that, it's pretty much plug and play. I am so satisfied with this PC and it's capabilities, especially considering the value. For these reasons, I highly recommend it. It's hard to see where you could go wrong. This PC is now my daily machine for gaming, web browsing and watching vidoes with superior quality, and it will be for a long time. It meets every single one of my needs with flying colors! I have used computers since DOS. I remember the headaches getting new computer running and loading programs. This computer managed to start up, find my monitor, my keyboard and trackball. Windows 11 started up, I logged in and the start menu appeared. The computer has 7 fans, but is quieter then the computer it replaces with 3 fans. The processor is water cooled for excellent temperature control. Everything has rgb lights on it, fans, ram and graphics card. They can be turned off. The 32 gigabytes of ram is adequate for most things. The build quality is very good. The cables amd cooling hoses are neatly routed. The case is , mid-sized by wider than I thought at 12 inches. With the specifications that the computer has, the cost is reasonable. The computer is still new to me. I update this review if any problems arise. ... show more

    • Extreme Disappointment in what I thought was a good Brand

Disappointed in spending money on a higher end PC that has case building contests and RGB lighting contests and ships a customer a PC that is displayed in all the stores as an all white build and it arrives an All white PC but they put in a Black GPU.. HIGHLY disappointed.. Never seen anything like this from Corsair or any of the other top brands. Also the mother board had a broken latch on the bottom PCie slot but it wasn't from shipping material as the part was not in the case anywhere it was just placed as a bad part. I think a $3000.00 PC would be assembled with more care and the color would be considered more of the customers choice when choosing the PC as it's advertised. Do better Thermal Take.. seriously you have a lot of competition out here. I'd think you would understand that and step up your game on such a silly oversight it's not hard to match colors in a build that you yourself have competitions on. Shameful. UPDATE: The GPU ended up being bad in the PC that I did get. I would have to unplug the Display port monitors and just boot up with the HDMI only and then plug in the DP monitors to get it to boot. They approved a return and said they would replace the bad GPU as I sent them a video of the awful noise it made when playing a game. They again wouldn't promise a white GPU as a replacement even though the promote case building competitions.. And they did tell me they would send my GPU replacement no more than one day after they got mine. Well they have had it two days as of this update and sent me a message today on a Wednesday that they will be sending my GPU out in 5 days.. Well since they don't work weekends we can take it that it won't ship out for a week and since they only ship ground it will take another week to get here. I could have returned the PC to Amazon and got a new one at this rate.. It's simply not worth it to spend your money on a prebuilt PC with the higher end companies as they don't care about service. At least Thermal Take doesn't it was more important for them to stream building a computer for Intel week on Twitch than to provide good customer service and ship out my GPU as promised. I will never do business with them again. Build your own PC guys or just get a Dell that you can upgrade and get good customer service with. companies like this don't care.. UPDATE UPDATE: They didn't even meet the 5 days they stated and haven't sent out my replacement GPU yet and they are not responding to their tickets/emails about when they intend to ship it out.. at this point I'd say DO NOT BUY NOT ONLY THIS PC BUT ANYTHING THERMAL TAKE AT ALL their customer support and tech support is lousy. I can't return the PC at this point because it doesn't have a GPU in it.. so I'm screwed until they replace it. I'll file a complaint with Amazon and the BBB.. avoid this company at all costs. shop else where.. ... show more
