I have been using this system for almost 3 months now and have zero complaints. It worked flawlessly out of the box. While I am not a fan of the white case, it was the only one available in the timeframe needed. And now that I have it, I am really loving the look of it. Buying a PC online can be a nightmare (I've received DOAs twice before, brand new in the box from other manufacturers). This has been a fantastic system. The media could not be loaded. Honestly? This is probably the best gaming rig you can buy for under 1200 bucks. I used to build PCs myself but as k got older I got out of it.. so I’d almost have to relearn it all again. This PC allows me to buy a machine that’s pretty top notch right out of the box and probably the only pc you’ll find for around 1k with a RTX 4060 ti.. and believe me I looked around. It’s fast, quite a church mouse and runs pretty much everything out there on high to max settings. I recommend this PC if you’re in the market… HOWEVER: Mine did not have Windows 11 installed on it and I had to fight with the company who built the pc. They put me through a lot of hassle for no reason. Luckily a kind Amazon Customer Support Associate worked with me to make everything right and eventually the company who made the PC got back to me with a code as well. So.. your PC could be fine and it could and should be preinstalled on the system.. but if it’s not be ready to report it to the company asap. I’m still giving the PC a five star review because over all it’s a great gaming pc and with the goofy state consoles are in one I highly recommend jumping to. Came packed properly, no un-connected anything, just fired up off to gaming. Basically a custom build prebuilt not a prebuilt-prebuilt so bloatware is not there. Came and looks better than even the picture. 13400 on 4060 gets the job going in a 1440p monitor

We’ve had this for about two months now and haven’t had any issues. It looks great, nice and quiet. I overlooked the detail of it not having a cd-rom, but we are getting an external cd-rom for when my son plays GTA. My son uses this for online classes/schoolwork as well as Fortnite and Roblox. I ordered this product for my daughter for Xmas. She opened it Xmas morning and was super excited...plugged everything in hit the power button and nothing...had to deal with thermal take support and tried everything to get it to work so we could enjoy it for her Xmas break...even bought a new Power Supply for it....turns out they think it was the motherboard that was bad so I had to mail it to them all the way in California and the just shipped it back to me so in another 5days maybe it will finally work and my daughter can enjoy her Xmas present 3 weeks later....the only saving grace was that ThermalTakes customer support has been phenomenal. ... show more

I've been using this PC for about a month now and thankfully haven't had any problems. After reading some of the reviews about this computer, I was skeptical because some of the reviews were talking about unknown reasons causing shutdowns, reboots, or blue screens. As I already said, fortunately during really active gaming on this PC - no problems were detected, I really hope that it will be like this in the future. In general, the power of this PC meets all my needs as an undemanding user, such as: The Witcher 3; Cyberpunk 2077; all the latest Battlefields; SKYRIM xD; PUBG; CS: GO; Assassin's Creed Valhalla. All the listed games work at a sufficient FPS level. So, as of the date of this review, I confidently recommend this PC for purchase. This is your choice if you don't want to assemble a PC yourself, or browse the pages of computers for a long time in search of a good everyday machine for work and games.
