Imagine buying a $6400 computer, and you find that ThermalTake cheaps out on packaging. Your computer arrives with dents on the case, and your graphics card (RTX 5090) doesn’t work. The Gen 5 pcie slot is completely ripped off of the motherboard. The fans are not screwed in. Some wires are unplugged. $6400 gone. ThermalTake does not care for its customers. Not even an intern would pack a computer so sloppily. Do better please. Pack the GPU separately or use the appropriate packaging. Other than that, the parts used were well-chosen and would’ve been a pretty nice computer! ... show more
