if anyone is having issues with when you turn off the computer and you do not get a display or it wont read a display connection connected dont worry its cause the card is really heavy its not seated in the PCIE slot correctly you need to get a GPU Brace to prop it up higher its about 12$ on Amazon and that will give the GPU more support and keep the card from moving out of place of the PCIE Slot at first i thought i got a defective unit or GPU or PSU turns out it was just the GPU was not correctly seated in the PCIE due to that card being so heavy ... show more

    • Was awesome, for all of the few hours it worked.
Was a great PC. Packed nicely, neat case, and powerful machine. However, after a few hours it shut down and went into a boot loop and would not start. Attempted various troubleshooting steps on own (have been in tech support for well over a decade and usually build my own machines). Had to return it, however, no offer of tech support at all to see if they knew what the issue was. No offer of replacement. Could only return. They got the PC back according to UPS two days ago but they still have not processed a return. So far I have been out my 3 thousand dollars with nothing to show for it for over a week now. Very disappointing. Could be convinced to raise rating if company contact me for a replacement or a repair with expedited return shipping, however, as it stands, I must give a low rating. ... show more

Great PC — the performance is fantastic and it’s quieter than my air-cooled PC. Mine came with a PNY 3080 card. Very quick to get going and everything was already up to date. No spamware installed. A few minor “cons” for me: the packaging is excellent however it’s difficult to remove it from the box with just two giant pieces of polystyrene. It should be in pieces so you can remove the computer. There was a mystery loose screw that came off the computer and was loose in the box. No idea where it came from. And finally, one of the holes for the thick screws on the tempered glass was badly drilled so it sits at a angle. ... show more

I only wish we could select the 3080 brand. Otherwise, this machine started and worked perfectly from the get go. Haven't had a single issue so far. I thought I'd hear this in the other room but turns out it's super quiet. I have laptops that make more noise than this does. Overall I was skeptical at first, seeing how I'm in IT, and work with computers all day. They really beat my expectations on this one. RGB takes additional software and setup but it's pretty easy. ... show more
