  • Very Good, No Problem So Far
Size: 13400F | 4060 | 16G D4
PC runs smoothly in games. The RGB app stop working but it’s easy to download it. Case looks really nice, and PC looks neat.

Great pc. Love the case. Thermals are excellent. Very good components. Lightning fast. Fantastic cable management (ketchup/mustard cables). Clean install w/ min bloat. I had to contact customer service due to shipping issues outside of Thermaltake's control and was able to get help from a live person same day. I contacted multiple people at Thermaltake and was pleased with the customer service provided. ... show more

  • Pretty good deal in this era, but beware of support and little misses
Size: 12900KF | 3080Ti | 32 D5
Hi all, I got a great deal on this PC. It was a cyber monday deal for $2999 and at the time I could not find any high-end 30 series for any reasonable amount. Spec-ing out the exact configuration would've resulted in a cost over $600 more than this pre-built. So I thought I'd give it a try. 1. Process. I received the device pretty quickly, just a few days and it was hear as expected. It was packaged great so that everything is held stable. It came with instructions as well on taking it from the shipping state to the usable state. The only issue I had was when opening it for the first time (following the directions exactly), one of the plastic pieces holding the glass broke. 2. Looks. This case looks pretty good. Tempered glass, decent RGBs. Unfortunately it sits on the left side of my desk, so I don't get to see into the machine itself, but to no fault of it. I didn't get to test out programming the RGBs, so I can't comment on that. 3. Thermals and Performance. This device stayed pretty cool during my tests. I tested streaming while playing maxed out Call Of Duty: MW2 on 1440p ultrawide. I tried a few other games and the devices stayed at good temps and the device was not overly loud. I did some tests for multithreading that I wrote to test if my new device will live up to the processing I need for my work (software engineer and data scientist) and it lived up to those pretty well. 4. Issues. As I said earlier I had a couple issues with the glass panel mounting and I had a couple issues with the SSD as well. The real issue here is when I reached out to Amazon, of course they could only have me return it. I then reached out to Thermaltake. My emails were responded to in a very snarky manner ultimately to which they just gave me a link to submit my support requests. I did, and have not heard back. Would I recommend this device. This depends. Are there other decent options with these specs in your price range? If yes, then perhaps those would be good. I have had the Alienware prebuilds as well (among some others) and while thermals are somewhat iffy there sometimes, they have improved and they have pretty good support in my experiences. That said, if the answer to the above question is no, this could be a great machine to run everything you need (especially if you're just a consumer user playing video games and such) and more and looks pretty nice as well. I hope this review was helpful :) I personally am going to have to return it if I don't hear back in the future, so we'll see what happens. ... show more

  • Poor quality control
Size: 13400F | 4060 | 16G D4
The description includes this computer is water cooled. It's a huge heatsink and fan like the images. The motherboard was installed poorly. The ports in the back do not line up with the panel. The motherboard only has half the screws are installed.

  • Motherboard Not Working
Size: 12900KF | 3080Ti | 32 D5
I had the computer for less than 2-3 months. One day the computer would not turn back on. I took the PC to BestBuy and they had difficulty figuring out what was wrong with the computer. It seemed like there were multiple different issues and eventually they just said it was a problem with the motherboard and that I would need an entirely new motherboard. Thernaltake PCs are notorious for being build poorly. Additionally, many of the fan placements made no sense. I wonder if issues with the motherboard occurred because the computer could not be properly cooled as a result of the fan placements. It looks great with the multiple fans, but if you really look at them they are positioned incredibly poorly. I would not buy this computer or any PC from thermaltake. ... show more

  • I am obsessed.
Size: 12600KF | 3060Ti | 32G D5
The media could not be loaded. This is such a beautiful machine!! She runs great, the fans are fairly quiet, and the thermals are outstanding! Very solidly built with the case being metal and tempered glass. My only complaint so far is that the cover for the back i/o doesn’t match up to the ports correctly, but I have nodded it slightly so I can get to most of the USB ports now. I will eventually have to take her apart to pop that panel off entirely if I wanted access to 100% of my USBs. That is why it’s 4 stars instead of 5. ... show more

  • Good components but crappy build for the price.
Size: 12900KF | 3080Ti | 32 D5
There's a lot to like about this PC, i9, 3080ti, DDR5 RAM, 1TB SSD. But when it arrives and you look it over you'll notice something's not right. That awesome AIO Cooler? Not hooked up to power. The fans? Not all hooked up to power. The LED? Not hooked up to controller. AND no instructions on how to do any of it. Want to get ahold of ThermalTake Customer Service? Impossible. Look at all the complaints on their forums. Tells you everything you need to know. Weeks & months of not answering customers questions. TL;DR Good - good components Bad - Incomplete build. Buyer beware. ... show more
