Very easy to use, but takes some time to detach the IHS. It takes even more time to clean both CCD and IOD. My first attemps were quite dissapointing - temperature was even higher than before. I've had to repeat cleaning procedure several times getting almost perfect polished die surface. Only then I got the desired results - about -10C degrees on full load comparing to the initial state.
