I absolutely love cooling blankets like these, they really work well if you are a really hot sleeper like I am. They trap zero body inside of them and they have excellent breathability, but they still offer that little bit of coverage and soft comfort that I feel like I really need (I can’t sleep without blankets or just with a sheet, it just feels too exposed). So this is kind of the perfect answer to that, it feels like a normal comforter/duvet but its super lightweight and super breathable. This is actually the second one of these that I have had, the last one has help up really well but it was slightly too small for my bed (a think its a full rather than a queen size) and I wanted to get one that fit correctly this time around. The cool thing is, I have been using the other one constantly for 2-3 years now and its survived plenty of trips through the laundry without any issues at all. Its still just as soft, breathable and comfortable as when it was new. So I am sure this one will be similar, its the same exact design and style. This is a standard queen size blanket, so it gives full coverage of a queen size bed. The feel is a lot more like a really lightweight quilted duvet than a normal blanket, its extremely light and airy and soft. The material is slick without being annoying or scratchy, but it does slide around over the sheets a lot. That’s actually the one drawback I have ever found to these, I tend to move around a lot at night and this style of blanket tends to get kicked off the end of the bed really easily, its so lightweight and it just sort of slides off no matter how well I tuck it. This is a minor issue though, I don’t mind having to reposition it a lot because its just so comfortable and helps so much with night sweats and high body temps. The other really cool thing is that its very sweat wicking and dries super fast, so if you tend to have serious night sweats, it helps a lot. It can also be run through the washer and dryer with zero problems and tends to dry really fast. This particular blanket is really nice, neutral grey color, so it looks great with most types of decor and sheet colors. Its a really nice blanket, absolutely worth every penny.

For $70, this has been a great blanket for summer and anyone who tends to sleep hot. I'm one of those people who can't sleep without a blanket, even when it's warm out. A sheet alone just doesn't cut it, but a regular comforter gets too hot. This is a nice middle ground. It gives you that cozy feeling of having a blanket without trapping a bunch of body heat. The blanket is lightweight, soft, and has a smooth, cool-to-the-touch feel. It breathes well, and I've noticed I don't wake up nearly as warm using it. If I do get a little hot during the night, flipping it over gives an immediate cool sensation. The queen size provides good coverage, and the charcoal gray color looks nice without standing out. It also seems well made with quality stitching, and I like that it's machine washable since it'll get plenty of use. My only minor complaint is that because it's so lightweight and slick, it does have a tendency to slide around the bed if you're someone who tosses and turns a lot. It's not a deal breaker, just something I've noticed. Overall, if you're a hot sleeper but still like the comfort of sleeping under a blanket, I think this is well worth considering. It's comfortable, breathable, and has already earned a permanent spot on my bed.

This cooling blanket is so silky soft! It's lightweight, which is great for this time of year, and cools very well. The size of it is great, as it is more than a throw blanket and I can actually use it as a proper blanket. I tend to be a hot sleeper, so having something like this is really helpful, particularly since it is double-sided and if I feel warm in the night I can easily flip it for some quick relief. As a woman heading into menopause age, I feel like it will be very useful.
