  • "The Best" Prenatals out there
This was highly recommended when I did a search for "the best" prenatal vitamins to take, and have just about finished up with the third month of taking them and ready to order again. In comparison with other vitamins, the amount is way lower, they aren't too big and contain all of the essentials needed for my pregnancy so I won't have to go searching for other vitamins to take in addition to these. Can't complain there! There's no taste, however I get the fishy burps about 15 min after taking them. I guess it can't be helped. I do experience very slight nausea 30 min to an hour after taking them too but it's tolerable. I read people have complained about mold on their pills... I keep mine in a plastic baggy sealed up WITH the dry packet that it comes with so I haven't experienced that. All in all, they're pills. Not thrilled to take them but no one usually is. Therefore, I'll give a thumbs up! ... show more

  • Definitely recommend!
taking three pills a day felt like a lot at first, it’s absolutely worth it for how complete the formula is. TheraNatal is designed based on current research and what OBs actually recommend, which gives me a lot of confidence in what I’m putting into my body. One thing I really appreciate is that it includes active folate (Quatrefolic) instead of synthetic folic acid, which is better absorbed especially for women with MTHFR gene variants. It also has the full recommended daily dose of DHA and EPA omega-3s, which are super important for baby’s brain and eye development. I’ll be honest, you might get a little bit of that fishy burp, but it’s not too bad and kind of expected with fish oil supplements. I’ve recommended this to several of my pregnant friends and they all really like it too. It just feels good knowing you're getting everything you need in one go without having to buy a bunch of separate vitamins. ... show more

  • Great Prenatal! Fertility specialist recommended
I went through IVF to get pregnant, and Theralogix is the brand my fertility specialist recommended. I have used their NEOQ10, Preconception vitamin, and now am using this Prenatal Complete set. I am 27.5 weeks pregnant currently as I leave this review and have been taking these prenatals since the beginning of pregnancy. There are 3 pills total, the actual prenatal, DHA, and additional Choline which I appreciate. I have dealt with constant morning sickness this entire pregnancy and as long as I eat prior to taking I have no problems with nausea or reflux. Really love Theralogix products and this Prenatal complete kit has been perfect to make sure baby is getting all of the nutrients and minerals she needs. After I give birth I plan on switching over to Theralogix post-natal lactation vitamin/supplement but 1000% recommend the Prenatal Complete set! ... show more

  • Good prenatal pills
I use these prenatals for my entire pregnancy. I had to buy them three separate times and even use them postpartum. They have almost all the recommended vitamins you will need for your pregnancy. They do have a strong taste taste to them and what works best for me is to take them at night that way any nausea I had was subside due to having to sleep at night. I will recommend you that if you have a hard time with swallowing pills you should most definitely buy a pill crusher because they are a little bit thick. ... show more

  • DO NOT use in the first trimester
DO NOT use in the first trimester. The iron dose is too high for it and the form they used made me nauseous to the point that I couldn't stomach any water and was becoming severely dehydrated. I started to take these vitamins at week 4, when I found out I'm pregnant. By week 7 my digestive system almost stopped working. It was so slow that everything I ate or drink just laid in the stomach, making me extremely nauseous. I thought my hormones slowed down the digestion, blamed the morning sickness, but AI suggested to stop taking vitamins and see how I feel. I skipped my dose in the evening and felt 90% better in the morning. It's been 2 days, I'm not nauseous at all. I can actually enjoy my food! I can't believe how much I suffered because of these vitamins! The vitamins look like a very solid option on paper, however, there are ABSOLUTELY AWFUL in the first trimester. I plan to give them another chance at week 13, but I'm not too optimistic... ... show more

  • Gave me headaches
I don't know if less stars is really fair because I may just be sensitive, but these were a waste of money for me because they gave me headaches and I just generally did not feel well after taking them. I subconsciously put off taking my pills so much that it reflected in my next routine bloodwork. I had to give in and buy something else to get my levels back up, even though I have almost all of these left. So may be fine for some people but if have issues like this with vitamins, I'd stay away from these. ... show more

  • Great for pregnancy prep, hard to get down when actually pregnant.
I bought these for pregnancy prep and they were great before getting pregnant. I’m now 19wks pregnant and I cannot get the brown supplement to go down without gagging. I have tried covering it up with juice and that doesn’t help. The smell and taste are very potent. I might have to switch them up for the rest of my pregnancy but they include everything baby needs so I really do love how much these packs cover. Just sharing my personal experience. ... show more

  • Great Customer Service!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Some of the softgels arrived melted, likely due to the heat during shipping. I contacted Theralogix, and their customer service was excellent. They quickly offered a replacement and partial refund, and the replacement arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with how they handled the issue!
