This mouthwash works extremely well in keeping my breath clean! Since it comes with two bottles and it is cheaper than most other mouthwashes out there like Crest I'd say this is worth it. It is pretty gentle on my mouth and doesn't cause irritation to my gums or anything. I know when I would use a whitening mouthwash like crest it was very harsh on my gums and cheeks. I had to stop using my old mouthwash because the alcohol in other mouthwashes increased the frequency of canker stores I got inside of my mouth but since switching to this mouthwash, I have not had a single one and it feels cleaner than ever.
