    • Effective for Fresh Breath, but Flavor is Subtle
I’ve been using TheraBreath’s 12-Hour Toothpaste for a while now, and it does an excellent job at keeping my breath fresh throughout the day. I love that it’s dentist-formulated and doesn’t contain any harsh ingredients. My mouth feels clean and refreshed after every use, and the 12-hour protection is real—I notice the difference compared to other brands. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the mild mint flavor is very subtle. If you prefer a stronger minty taste, you might find it a bit too gentle. But if you have sensitive gums or prefer a toothpaste that isn’t overpowering, this could be perfect for you. I wanted to like this but it just felt like it wasn’t cleaning enough? there wasn’t much foam, the minty feel didn’t last long afterwards, I couldn’t even finish the tube.

    • I didn't know how much I liked this toothpaste until I stopped.
As others have mentioned. This toothpaste is odd. It doesn't foam. It has a unique taste, and it's a gel (which I've never used before). I have sensitive teeth. I used Sensodyne for years but it didn't seem to do much for me. Due to my income, I don't visit the dentist too often. I've needed expensive treatments every time I go because my teeth hurt more when I brush regularly, then when I don't. So I've never had the best oral hygiene routine. After my last horrific dentist visit, I decided to start trying different kinds of toothpaste in the hopes I could get my sensitivity down and continue to fight my gum issues. I tried some pastes meant to help with gingivitis and tooth sensitivity, but I didn't see any change in my gums. Then I saw this one online and decided to start using it. After a couple of weeks, my breath *was* fresher. But for the first time in my entire life, my teeth and mouth felt CLEAN after brushing, and my tooth sensitivity started to go away. I felt my gums healing and I knew I had found my toothpaste. Flash forward to March, and because of the pandemic, I couldn't find it through my usual supplier. So I just went back to the paste for gum health. After one use my gums were throbbing and red, and my teeth hurt. Even my wife who previously had no preference for toothpaste said "I'm not using that anymore, we need to get the Therabreath." We both decided then and there that this toothpaste is the only paste for us.
