I have been using these bands as my main in-home exercise since the beginning of COVID. They are well-made, easy to use, and give me a wide-range of resistance for both upper and lower body exercises. Just as important to me, they are long enough for someone 6'4". Not long after I got my second set, the band that I use the most broke. I threw it away and picked up a replacement from a different manufacturer at a local fitness score.
