Simply put for me, It’s the same sort of experience as a regular thermometer. I enjoy the functionally of the product. But you can get by finding out your own temperatures using any sort of run of the mill temperature gun. But with this product, it will light up green for you to savor your wax in the typical 540-600 degree “dab zone”. Anything below 540, is “cold”. And anything above 600 is considered “hot”. My main gripe with the product is sometimes when I put it against my banger I end up pushing it sideways. (This is mostly definitely because my banger just doesn’t fit that well in certain pieces though. No reason not to purchase) In conclusion, if you’re a beginner and you don’t want to die coughing out a lung because you took way too hot of a dab, buy this product. It’s idiot proof and I love idiot proof things. Green=Go Red= Death. It comes with glob mops for free as well , why are you waiting? (*All temperatures I’m referring to are in Fahrenheit. Also I by no means am an expert. Ya boy just likes his lungs to stay intact and to taste some terps while taking some fat dabz*)

I love this product it make every dab absolutely perfect. I started out doing the timing method which is fine but I always had a lil oil left. Also if you cold start then you don't need this.

Following the readings on this piece of junk and YOU WILL BURN YOUR CONCENTRATE and wreck your throat. Off by about 100 degrees. Contacted the company, no response. People will tell you that the laser temp guns are inaccurate - they are way more accurate than this piece of landfill. AVOID. PURE GIMMICK.
