I have an undiagnosed weakness and pain that comes after exertion on my side that had hip surgery a decade ago. So I was sent a PT who said "Just put a rolled up towel behind your back". Well I'm here to tell you all, that did not work. So after some looking around decided to purchase the highly rated LitBear Lumbar Roll back support in the Original. There is an extra firm version as well. I can secure it into position and a comfortable height on my chair where it does not unravel like a towel does and remains stable. The roll is firm but has a nice bit of 'bounce'. Forgive the hyperbole, but this pain is so severe that this small piece of equipment is like a gift and a gamechanger for a person who has alot to do and must do it alone. Highly recommended.
